Unfortunately, Alexander was not truthful which is disappointing. During his 30 day stay he did not put any garbage in the outside bin and never took the garbage to the street so we actually had to do a dump run to haul away the piles of garbage bags. The only time I communicated with the guest was to ask if we needed to have a dog poop removal service due to the snow melt being over after winter and to have the landscaper access both the front and backyard to mow. I never asked for access to the inside of the home. I am positive the guest knew they were getting a poor review after lying about their guest count and my filing a claim for missing items from the property. They never notified me of any issues with noise or neighbors so I was unable to assist if these were issues. I am very cognizant of my guests and avoid intruding as much as possible.
