This was our best EVER VRBO experience! The property is special, stunning, and pristine with amazing views. The hosts are fantastic! You want for nothing at this sanctuary! We hated to leave! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this gorgeous home, and it won't be our last! So tranquil, and sitting outside in the yard is like a vacation. The interior is beautifully decorated and is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The hosts are kind and lovely people, and only a phone call away if needed.

Wow! This property is amazing. The host has thought of everything. The amount of details covered and excellent communication are impressive. The beds were very comfortable. The home just feels good! Out visiting family of 8 really enjoyed our stay and found the home perfect in every detail. Should I find myself in the ABQ again, this is where I would come stay. The photos really don’t do this beautiful home justice. It is amazing and convenient to so much. Thank you!

We had a nice stay here for the Xmas holiday. The house was festive with holiday decorations. Plenty of space here for us and good privacy between the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room was great for gathering and watching movies. We did not use the outdoor spaces but at the right time of year it would have been great to be out there.

Awesome house and hostess. Great for entertaining large groups. Very comfortable and nicely decorated with great ambiance.Hostess very responsive with questions, and extras for our dog and a welcome basket of snacks were provided. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

Great Vacation!

This property is amazing! We enjoyed the holiday decorations, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The basket of goodies was a big hit with the kids! Nicolle and Robert were wonderful hosts! We can't wait to return!

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay! So well equipped with everything for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, large towels for the hot tub, outside lights... Communication with Nicolle was great! She connected with us from the moment we booked, kept us posted on check-in time, and immediately responded when we texted with a question. Definitely would stay again if we came back to the area!!

Great Graduation

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UNM. Nicole was wonderful as a host. Very easy to communicate with and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!!!

Amazing host, took the best care of us during our stay we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great property with an extremely thoughtful host who made sure we were as comfortable and well taken care of as possible. I would definitely suggest this property. This has been my best stay on VRBO by far!

Spectacular home

We came to rio rancho to participate in a hot air balloon race, this house was perfect and made the trip extra special. The Location, the size, all the extras and the host was an added bonus! Her communications and attention to detail were wonderful!

Amazing!!

This property was beautiful with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The backyard is an oasis with gorgeous mountain views. The property manager went above and beyond and was extremely kind and helpful. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!!

UNM Graduation 25

Nicolle and her husband were amazing hosts. Went above and beyond to provide everything we could need to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for family and friends. Backyard is great for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bbq grills made cooking outside a lot of fun. Would definitely stay at this house again if we get the chance.

Rio Rancho get away

Beautiful home and property. Beautifully decorated. I stayed there with my husband, mother, sister and four kids. We all had great rooms and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and Jacuzzi. I will definitely be staying here again!

Couldn’t Be Better

This property far exceeds any VRBO we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, high end and stocked with anything you could want even at your own home. The beds are luxurious, everything is spotless clean and the backyard is a fantastic place to relax. The owners are the most attentive hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. We would absolutely come back!

Perfect Christmas Celebration

Our family Christmas celebration could not have been more perfect. This home delivered on every one of our needs: big kitchen for making raviolis, family breakfasts with griddled pancakes, bathrooms for everyone but mostly the lovely touches which the host Nicolle had in every nook and corner. She was wonderful! We will most certainly be returning for another wonderful stay.

Great backyard!

We so enjoyed this home! The backyard was so restful! Had a great time eating out there! I really enjoyed photographing the bees on the trumpet vines and the hummingbirds bathing in the fountain. A beautiful home stocked with everything one could need or want. And what a welcome basket full of all kind of goodies! Thank you, Nicolle!

Family/siblings get together

Great property…Nicolle was super to work with. She ia a wealth of knowledge of the area we stayed in and provided many suggestions as to where to eat, what sights to see, and places we must see and visit.
