Emplacement prime au 6Úme et de l'avenue de l'Atlantique, un bloc de marche de la plage, promenade, amusements et de la gastronomie. Ce duplex haut de gamme dispose de cinq chambres permettant pour 13 personnes de dormir confortablement; intelligemment conçu avec un roi, deux reines, deux lits jumeaux, une chambre avec lits superposés, comme suit, couchette inférieure pleine, superposé supérieure. This location is perfect for easy access to beach and center of town and is a residential area. The home is well stocked in kitchen for just about any kind of cooking you want to do. It's clean and fireplace is cozy for cool evenings. The layout of house is great for large family or combos of friends. A few aspects of house are a little shop worn, like some furniture and some of the lighting doesnt work, but all in all the home remains functional and very enjoyable. The lanai is lovely and it's handy to have the garage and another parking space in back. The hosts are very responsive to any questions and urgent repairs (eg toilet running nonstop). Have rented here many times and will do so again. We love it!

This home was a perfect 10/10. The home had ample parking in the back and inside all the furniture was comfortable. Very large deck outside promoting comfortable family interaction. Everything was on one floor but the hallway was staggered so when you were in the bedroom you can not hear people in the living room. The master bedroom is like a palace and all the other bedrooms were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well all week. There were people above us but we couldn’t hear them at all. The location is perfect in the heart of Ocean City. We are looking forward to renting again next year!

Karen was a great host. She replied quickly to my questions and at the end of our stay wanted to know if there was anything that could be improved. House is very nice, more Mediterranean than sea shoreish. It was clean and everything worked. Nice covered porch and parking for 3 cars. Location was very convenient. Easy walk to beach and boards. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Independence Day Week

We've been coming to Ocean City for many years, and this house is probably the best one. About one block from the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Also walking distance from the downtown shopping strip. Home was as advertised, and my inlaws and our adult children had a peaceful, relaxing week.

Beautiful well maintained property just a short walk to the beach. Beds very comfortable and lots of room for 12 in the living and dining areas. Quiet street with beach chairs and parking for 3 cars. Gas grill does not heat well, but kitchen is well supplied.

Favorite place for annual fall beach trip

The house is so comfortable and well appointed. Location couldn’t be better. The hosts are extremely responsive to questions. We needed a minor repair of a bathroom fixture while we were there for 2 weeks and a friendly handyman came the very next day and fixed it. I've booked this house for several years and hope to continue the tradition for years to come. The covered lanai is a wonderful place to dine, play games or read books rain or shine. Soooo relaxing.

Second time staying here. It is a great place for a family vacation. The owner is great. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need. Very close to the Boardwalk, beach and the downtown. Will hopefully stay there again and highly recommend.

Charming condo

We were very excited to stay here and we’re not disappointed. It was exactly how it was described. Very clean and plenty of room for the 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children 10 and under. We enjoyed being able to sit down for dinner and we could all sit together. The front deck was my favorite spot to spend time with family playing cards and just resting!!

Another Awesome Family Reunion

Immediate and extended family members and some friends met in OC at our VRBO. Everyone was impressed with the size and layout. We were very comfortable and the house is very inviting. This is our 2nd vacation in the house. Would love to return next summer!

Gorgeous stay

My second week at this property was a relaxing oasis. After a week of family, I decided on another week for me. I had a lovely time with friends and a few family members who couldn't make it the first week. I just can't say enough good things about my stay at this property. It is just beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a comfortable stunning place in Ocean City.

Beautiful and spacious

What a beautiful rental unit!! It has loads of room for the family to be together in a great setting. Nice porch with a big round table for hanging out and playing games as well as several love seats. Tastefully decorated rooms lend to a wonderful relaxing experience all around. The kitchen and dining room were open and spacious . Just beautiful!!!

Wonderful location

Third stay at this house in Fall and have reserved again for next year. Home is very nice and spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Dining area is spacious and table is great for doing puzzles at one end. Large soaker tub in primary suite is wondeful and shower has good water pressure. A couple wishes: would be good to have more than 2 beach chairs available for a house that accommodates up to a dozen people. Also, some of the bedding (spreads and pillow shams) has seen better days, and the queen mattress in back bedroom is old and hard as a rock with a dip in it. A new mattress is needed. Other beds are comfortable and the layout is great. The covered porch is really wonderful with a nice view. So easy to walk to shopping, nearby restaurants and shopping on Asbury St and the beach and boardwalk. Karen is very gracious and responds quickly to any questions.

Fourth Year In A Row

We love staying here - so close to the boardwalk. We always rent bikes and enjoy riding around the island all week long. Grocery store is only a few blocks away which is convenient. House is roomy, well stocked, and beds are comfortable. We had 8 adults and a baby. Feels like home away from home.

Great Family Vacation Home

This 1 floor home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Great location close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together.
