This is a one bedroom apartment located on a quiet block in Amityville. It's close to all. Two minutes to the Southern State highway and five minutes to the LIRR. Also less than ten minutes to Farmingdale State University. It has a queen size bed and will accommodate a couple or two people. There's a full wall length closet. It has a full kitchen with all the features and stainless steel appliances. There's air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a full shower. There's also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Oh also almost forgot, a huge backyard.

Nice stay

The location was great, the property was very nice and Lacynth couldn’t have been more helpful! The apartment had everything we needed and everything was in great shape! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for people visiting the area.

The property was as promised clean and convenient. The host was very sweet and accommodating …the mixed neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe… and would stay again should I travel that way again…

Good place to stay, driving distance to a lot of different areas and a train ride away from NYC. Had all the amenities necessary for a short or long stay. Only drawback was the parking set up was a bit confusing as we thought there were dedicated spots. Would definitely stay again on a long trip.

My wife and I were coming to the area for a wedding and to see some friends. We didn't spend much time in the rental, but it met all our needs. Quiet residential neighborhood, clean, nice bathroom.

Very clean & recommendable

We stayed 3 nights and it was very quiet in side. The small apartment was perfect for the two of us. Nothing was missing and it was nice to have a full size microwave. Very nice sized shower and very clean bathroom. Nice area for a morning/afternoon walk. We felt very comfortable staying here.

Beautiful little house!

House was perfect and quaint. Very clean and homey. Do wish the pillows in the bedroom were a little more comfortable but that’s just a personal preference. Very easy to contact owner.

A very clean place to stay that has everything you need, that is furnished with new appliances, and a comfy bed. My schedule changed last minute and the owner accepted my request to it charge me for a night I didn’t stay. Would stay again!

Clean and quiet.

Everything in the apartment was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The rainfall shower head was probably my favorite thing during my stay. I would gladly book here again in the future. Thank you!

Exactly as we hoped

This unit was exactly as described with a few extra things that made it special. Having a couple of k cups for coffee and creamers we awesome. In case you forget a few toiletries, they were handy. I love it when the unit is exactly as pictured and described but this was spot on. Super cute. Host easy to speak with. Would stay again. Location was perfect.

We liked the stay, the apartment was as stated. Friendly landlord. We had difficulties to find the property, the number is in letters and not in numbers - perhaps this helps somebody in the future.

Wonderful stay on Long Island

My wife and I were looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay that had a kitchen and washer/dryer. When we walked through the door, we were very pleased to see this darling place. It was very clean, well appointed and just what we wanted. It is easy to find, had easy access to freeways and centrally located on Long Island. We were very close to the Long Island Railroad which was important because we wanted to get into the city a few times without driving. Communication from the host was among the best I've had. She immediately responded every time and was very gracious. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs more work

The effort was there from the owner, but the property needs more improvements. It is in a renovated garage and very drafty. It was extremely cold, down to 8 degrees outside and the baseboard heat could not sufficiently heat the space. We were cold and the owner provided us with a portable heater. Advertised as having a washer dryer but the washer set up leaked water. Unable to use during our stay. With some fixes this could be a very nice rental.
