Villa Montecito is a classic colonial style house that has been completely renovated to modern standards. The owners' aim is to make it hard to miss home, and easy to remember that you are in Mexico.

The spacious house with large open living areas is perfect for family gathering. The kitchen flows to the pool area so you can easily enjoy drinks or meals on the poolside patio. And bedrooms are positioned at the edges of the house to provide quiet and privacy when it’s time to retreat for the night.

Villa Montecito is on Av. 20 Sur in the prestigious Corpus Christi neighborhood. Corpus Christi, named for the nearby cathedral, is known as a top destination for expats. It features large, spaced-out villas on mostly quiet streets.

Villa Montecito is within short walking distance to 2 major grocery stores, the Melgar (oceanfront walk), the municipal plaza, and plenty of restaurants.

As guests of Villa Montecito, you will enjoy the concierge services of Your Cozumel Vacations. We can help with shopping service, chef service, dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, massage, or any other excursions or services that will make your stay more fun and relaxing! Your concierge will check in with you daily to help you make bookings and to answer your questions. Housekeeping is included in your stay. The perfect island getaway!

Staying at Villa Montecito was amazing! Super clean and the perfect location for exploring the island! From check in to check out Amber, Rodrigo, and Mayra were amazing hosts and provided constant communication to ensure our stay was memorable!I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends. 10/10 would return!!

Amazing experience

We could not say one bad word about our stay. House was perfect, hosts and Enrique were very accommodating and available any time of day or night. The drivers they arranged for our transportation were extremely friendly and really cared about us. Would 100% recommend this house, the hosts and Cozumel Mexico to anyone!

All time favorite vacation rental!

The property is amazing - exactly as advertised and very clean. The hosts were very attentive when we needed something, and provided an excellent hassle-free experience. I have never returned to a property I rented previously, but I think I will break the pattern for this one. We loved Cozumel and we loved this house!

Great trip to Cozumel

There were 6 of us that stayed at Casa Montecito. We had plenty of room. The house was clean. We loved the pool. We enjoyed the 2 balconies upstairs. The primary suite upstairs is huge. We all recommend adding the "chef service" to your stay. We all felt safe everywhere we went. There is a grocery store nearby. The concierge made arrangements for taxis to take us anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable and roomy villa

The hosts were very responsive to our needs, going above and beyond with concierge service. They ordered taxis for us. Arranged scooter rentals. Had the house cleaned during our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary accoutrements to make home-cooked meals when we felt like eating in. The host made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone going to Cozumel. We a great visit!

Excellent property and location in Cozumel!

The property was very nice and a great place for the entire family. The pool was a definite hit with the children The appliances were all modern and new. The AC worked great in every room. Safe off street parking was nice. The maid service kept everything tidy. The concierge Enrique was excellent and provided a wealth of information regarding the tours and parks around the island. We have been coming to Cozumel for over 20 years and we will definitely stay here again. We loved it. Thank you

Big House With Room For A Large Group

This is a very spacious house! Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cooking pot for a large group. The AC works well and kept things comfortable. Bedrooms are large and have blackout shades on the windows. Kitchen is large and easy for multiple people to cook in at one time. Living room is set up well for lounging around. Lots of covered patios to sit and read when it rains, very relaxing. Water dispenser has hot water and chilled water. Good restaurants are sort of within walking distance but a bit of a hike! You may want to take a taxi, which costs 5-10$. There are some local places within a couple of blocks but most don’t sell alcohol. The Chedraui Grocery store is great, but you will need to take a taxi or bike to haul your stuff. The house has 4 bikes you can use. The pool is lovely. We were very comfortable. There a couple of small public beaches within biking distance. The hosts were very helpful and very nice.

Perfect space for families

This house was exactly as it looks online, we had plenty of room for teenagers to spread out and plenty of bathroom space which is a must with teenagers.:). It has such history, the doors are magnificent, such intricate carvings. The house is in a safe neighborhood, we walked around, there is a beautiful church two blocks down. We went to some stores around and to get icecream a few blocks down quite a few times. There are also many resturaunts in the neighborhood. We had a great family vacation! Thank you Amber and Rodrigo. (Also, we communicated through the whatsup app, which worked well.)

A great birthday trip reuniting with friends!

As a group of friends meeting in Cozumel to reunite for a birthday celebration, this was a great spot to stay! It was an easy launching point to call a taxi into centro for meals or head out to the beaches or marina. There are a few cute spots to eat within walking distance, but otherwise you can also use the fully stocked kitchen to enjoy a family style meal & then jump in the pool. The house was spotless, linens were clean, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our hosts and concierge Enrique were very easy to communicate with and incredibly prompt in responses. We got great recommendations from them, and we were even able to easily book tours & activities with Enrique directly. This took a lot of planning stress off our group and allowed us to focus on our vacation. We greatly recommend if you are looking for a stay in paradise that feels like home, and if you’re looking for personalized service.

love Cozumel

My favorite part about renting this property is the amazing service from the owner's. The pool was a little dirty and the owner's took care of it right away, the pool waterfall was a plus the children really enjoyed it. My family and I enjoyed the chef service provided, I really recommend the service. The house have really big bedrooms I was not use to that in foreign countries. Cozumel was super safe we were able to walk freely even at night, the people in Cozumel are super friendly and make use feel comfortable and welcome. My spoiled family was please with the house and that is all that matters, first time we went on vacation and the family did not complain too much. It was a Cozumel Mexican home away from our home. I have a few friends that want to travel to Cozumel Mexico I will recommend to everyone Villa Montecito. Thank you Amando and Rodrigo

Amazing home!!

This house was amazing! It was clean and exactly what we needed. Rodrigo and Enrique were very helpful and accommodating. They replied quickly and helped us with anything we needed. The house is well equipped. Definitely all the kitchenware you would need as well as towel for the pool separate from the bathroom ones. The water jug in the kitchen was a lifesaver. There was 10 of us so we were constantly buying new ones but they were only $2 for a 5 dollar jug and Enrique would bring it to the house for us. We stayed there for 11 nights and cleaners would come whenever we requested. We rented motorbikes and they had a place where you could park bikes or cars behind a gate. The house was only a few minutes from downtown. I loved this house and I will definitely come rent again.

Very nice large house

We are a family of 5 who stayed in this house for 9 nights. We used 4 of the bedrooms and each had their own bath. House is well equipped and all the pictures are accurate and give a good representation. Pool was great and it had a charcoal grill which we used. The property management group is excellent. This house is new to the rental market and there were a few glitches to work out. Hot water upstairs was initially an issue but was eventually solved. Had an alarm from the electric fence after a storm came through but that was also solved. This was probably a fluke and not likely to happen again. We reported a washing machine issue when we left and I’m sure this has also been corrected. Everything we reported were just initial issues getting this place ready for renters and the property management group was terrific about getting everything squared away. This house is a great option for larger families and we love the Corpus Christi neighborhood. We were grateful to rent this house and would rent it again.

Beautiful Hacienda in Corpus Christi neighborhood

Absolutely gorgeous villa cenrrally located in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood of Cozumel. Villa offers many amenities including a well stocked kitchen, pool, bar bq pit, 2 balconies and plenty of room for a large family or group to spread and enjoy. Can't wait to come back.

The house was designed with open sight lines between kitchen, dining room, and living room. The 20-foot ceilings and tall cathedral-style windows keep the living areas bright and airy. Perfect for divers, it offers an outdoor shower and rinse tank to wash off you and your gear after a day on the water. As property managers, we are very excited to represent this home. We know guests are going to fall in love with it!!
