• Sealing and caulking around exterior windows.
• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.
• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.
• Intermittent balcony closures. (Furniture will be brought into the unit)
• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.

Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.
