We really enjoyed our stay! The home had just about everything we needed, from beach gear to bikes, even a ping pong table. The walk to the beach was just a block away. We enjoyed our evenings around the pool. Highly recommend for a quiet, less touristy vacation rental!

Perfect family getaway!!

The home was beautiful and located just a short distance (1.5 blocks) from the beach! The pool was great and allowed the kids to have something to do when we weren’t at the beach! Everything we could have wanted for our beach days was provided. Our entire stay was great and this property was truly worth every penny!

Wonderful Stay!

Great house equipped with everything you need including beach stuff, great bikes, wonderful pool and tiki, ping pong and beautifully set up living areas! The beach was close and awesome! The host was so very helpful and available for questions. We are already working on planning our next trip!

This place had everything. One of the most well hosted rentals we have been to. Close to the beach, away from the traffic, and such a relaxing neighborhood. The house was well stocked more than expected. Great trip thanks you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It had all of the amenities we wanted, was very clean, spacious, and priced right. It’s even more beautiful in person than the photos show! I love the decor and landscaping! The hosts were very accommodating and kind😊 We especially loved the pool and how close it is to the ocean! Our family loved everything about this house down to the last detail! Highly recommend and we hope to return!

The pictures do not do this property justice, seeing in person sets it at the next level. Great location and very accommodating. The home is well equiped and has everything you can need. Home away from home

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Private pool with breathtaking landscaping . Two minutes from the beach. Close to all the attractions. Our hosts thought of every little detail and were very responsive to our questions and messages. We enjoyed a very relaxing week with family. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The pictures don’t do the home justice! The walk to the beach was short and easy; the pool was a hit with the kids; the Halloween decorations added a special touch—I could keep going on but the minute we walked in the door, it was perfect! John was a great host for his home!

Perfect Cocoa Beach Getaway!

Our family of five had an incredible stay! The house was amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, and the beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf every day.We made unforgettable memories, from visiting the Kennedy Space Center on a rainy day to taking a quick one-hour drive to Disney for a magical day. One of the highlights was watching a rocket launch right from the beach—such a unique experience! Plus, the local restaurants were all very family-friendly, making dining out a breeze.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

I have rented several VROBs across the country and the amenities here are amazing. Something as simple as having Off spray, plenty of paper products, condiments, laundry detergent, pool, bikes, chairs, beach carts, coolers, boogie board, beach towels, 2 refrigerators…I could go on and on. The check in was easy, the beach is a 5 min walk away. I highly recommend this property.

We loved this property. My wife and I spent hours in the backyard pool. We were looking for a super relaxing trip and this was perfect. Property is even nicer than the photos depict. It was well maintained and well appointed. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, which is very quiet. I would recommend and if we are back in Cocoa Beach we will definitely stay here. Thanks John.

Super Surfin’ Seahorse!

John and Andrea made sure our stay was fabulous. This property has everything you’ll ever need for a week on the beach - close to shops restaurants and the beach. I would give 10 stars if I could

We had a wonderful week at Surfin' Seahorse. The house is perfectly appointed and every need anticipated for a fabulous beach vacation. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and the decor and furnishings super comfortable and tasteful. It is less than a block and a half to the uncrowded soft sand beach. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. This listing exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year.

Christmas Vacation

We spent a few days in Cocoa Beach to relax after spending a week at Disney. This was the best way to recover! The kids loved walking to the beach and all the gear that was available. The home had everything we could have possibly needed - beach towels/toys/bikes/kitchen supplies. We did have a few questions/issues and John and Andi were responsive and helped resolve our questions. The home was very clean and we loved our stay!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations

My family of 5 truly enjoyed this clean, well-appointed home. The house is spacious inside with comfortable rooms, large well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating and space for us to all gather or to have our own spaces when needed. The grounds on the property are gorgeous with Floridian flora, and we accessed the pool daily. Anything you may need for the beach (truly a super-short walk away) or pool was provided for use. The home is close to entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the ocean, but it is still tucked away on a neighborhood street.

All around great stay

First of all the house is immaculate. Everything is very well maintained with a fun kitschy Florida vibe. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of five. The bikes were a great bonus as we biked regularly to nearby restaurants and stores. The beach is a short one block to the quieter northern end of the beach. We were lucky enough to even catch a rocket launch while we were there! Owners were great. Very responsive and accommodating. Even left a nice bottle of Prosecco for New Years. Highly recommend this house!

8 of us stayed at this beach house and all agree it was by far the best stocked rental we have had to date. They thought of everything. The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It is much larger then it appears. We all enjoyed the extras ie beach carts, boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes ... the list goes on. We would definitely stay here again.
