Beautiful Home, Close to Beach and Private Pool

Check out this brand new Vacation Rental located in the highly sought after community of Bonita Shores. This incredible location offers the ability to walk or bike to countless restaurants, white sandy beaches of Bonita Springs, and Barefoot Beach State Preserve.

This large single family home has been completely renovated in 2022. It features 4 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it large enough to fit the entire family! Relax by your gorgeous private pool with brand new furniture on the lanai, or sit on the open air balcony overlooking this beautiful Florida neighborhood and saltwater canal. The interior of the home has countless new features, including 1st and 2nd floor master bedrooms. The entire kitchen has been redesigned making it larger overall, with new cabinets, new countertops, and 2 separate eating areas. Just off the kitchen you will find the dining room with a table large enough to fit 8 people. The living room has spacious seating and vaulted ceiling, making it a wonderful place to relax in the AC during the hot summer months. Each bedroom either has an attached bathroom or is only steps away from one. All bathrooms have been completely renovated as well, with brand new vanities and tile throughout. Planning on working remotely? This is the place to do it, as we have furnished the home with high speed internet and 2 separate desks. Lastly, we happily provide bicycles and beach chairs for your stay!

As great as it sounds!

This house and location exceeded our expectations on all levels. It was as good as described. Comfortable beds, nice neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen, complete with bikes, toys and beach chairs! Michael, the property manager, was very helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Do not hesitate to rent this home!

Great house

This house was one of the best VRBOs we have been in. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more that we needed. The cookware appeared to be quite new. There beach umbrellas, bikes, coolers, beach towels. The bathrooms had many towels and even shampoo and soap. The pool was warm and clean. If we had an issue, they were taken care of quickly. We would go there again. Great place!

Perfect Labor Day Getaway!

Our stay was perfect! Spending time with family is what it is all about, and we were all happy with our accomodations. The house is very well equipped and VERY clean and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend.

Best getaway ever

From the moment we walked into this home we knew we were going to have a wonderful time there. The place was clean, well stocked, spacious, bright and airy . The decor is beautiful and they even had cards and games in the living room for our use. The pool was warm and clean and we used the floats they had for the guests. They have everything you need and want in this house so o make your stay magnificent.We did have one minor issue and I say minor because the moment I told Michael about the grill and that it wasn’t working correctly he immediately said he would fix the problem. He did but to my surprise he had a new grill delivered and removed the old grill for us and this while we were enjoying our day on the beach. Talk about Class A service. Michael even helped us find a boat to rent privately for the men to deep sea fish, and yes they caught lots of fish all the while getting to see the Captain Hook A SHARK. If anyone is thinking of booking and might be hesitant Don’t be A++ all the way. Thank you for allowing us the privilege to stay at your beautiful home, we will be back next year for sure.

Lots of little details were thought out in this house all the way down to a small medical kit for aches, pains, bumps and bruises. Everything you could ask for in a vacation property for your family. Spring break getaway

The stay was very comfortable. The rental was nicely equipped and in a convenient location. The outdoor area and pool was enclosed and relaxing. The house came with bikes and beach chairs which were a nice touch. Overall, great stay and nice management.

Gorgeous House !!!

We enjoyed a family weekend, the house is in perfect condition. Kitchen is fully equipped. Pool excellent!!!. It is located one mile from the beach and delicious restaurants. Our favorite place to come to the beach!
