The view was magnificent! I loved the balcony and the view of the sunrise was beautiful. The unit was extremely cleaned and comfortable. It has plenty of room with a great kitchen.

Wonderful stay! The condo views are amazing! We stayed on the deck when we were not on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the whole unit was very clean. Even the property was very clean, from the elevators to the wonderful pool. We will be visiting again!

This property was the nicest and cleanest place we have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated and well worth taking a look at. Great views of the Gulf and the Blue Angels flew right by. Amazing! We will definitely be back Best vacation ever.

The accomodations were amazing! We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and beautiful bedrooms. The balcony views were unmatched from any other beach vacation we have enjoyed. We were concerned about availability of elevators through our stay, but it never became an issue. We enjoued the proximity to attractions, restaurants, and stores. It was quiet and leaceful rhroughout the month.

Annual Getaway

The weather cooperated, the condo's furnishing some of the best, and our family time was exciting. The only negative was the sound of the elevator as it carried other vacationers up and down.

Five Star Stay!!

We have nothing but rave reviews! Incredible view, super clean rooms, lots of space for storage, 3 full bathrooms for each room, close access to the beach/pool/fitness facility. Our stay was perfect from my teenager to my 82 yr old father. We will be back!!

Making the Beach Great Again

This is the best property …. Period! Such a nice, relaxing trip! The master bed was incredibly comfortable! Like sleeping at home.

Very clean and inviting. Beautiful view and close to Johnson Beach. My husband rode bike and I walked every day.

Overall the condo was nice. The condo has a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach and to the pool. Our check in process and overall experience wasn't the best. The condo is in need of some repairs that we believe the third party rental company has failed to keep up with. Parking lot is secured. Carts to load and unload your personally belongings were hard to come by to make getting your personal items to your room difficult. Security team is a bear to deal with. They were always making laps around the pool and walks on the beach to make sure everyone was wearing their property wristbands. Vacation is supposed to be relaxing and we felt we were constantly be asked here are wristbands were at. We would go back to the area but we would not being staying at beach colony resort.

Beautiful Condo

To our pleasant surprise staying on the top floor of the building was amazing. The elevators were fairly quick so we didn’t have to wait long. The condo was beautifully decorated and the rooms were comfortable. The master bed was too soft for our liking with the topper, but that’s just our preference. The view was breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Perdido Key.

Family Vacation

We loved the place, but the pool area really needs a cabana of some sort for shade. There were so many seniors upset because they could not sit and enjoy. We had seniors with us and they could not sit and visit with the grandkids because they were sitting in full sun. That ruined the trip because that is where we stayed most.
