Beautiful Cottage on Mullett Lake

Unwind in this beautifully furnished three-bedroom cottage nestled on the southern shores of Mullett Lake, situated on Pigeon Bay. The home is conveniently positioned approximately 6 miles (a mere 10-minute drive) from downtown Indian River. Numerous restaurants, shops, hiking trails, parks, and local attractions are all within easy reach.

You'll have ample outdoor space for family activities and relaxation in the expansive yard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck as you watch the sunrise, and gather around the fire pit for evening campfires and s'mores. A charcoal grill is available for barbecuing as well.

The property features a 110-foot dock that shared with the neighboring cottage that we own next door. Whether you're into boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the lakeside atmosphere, the dock provides ample room for swimming and holding large boats and pontoons. It's a great spot to soak up sunsets, read a book, or have lakeside picnics.

Inside, the lodge is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We take cleaning seriously and ensure that everything is sanitized for your stay. Pillows and bedding are provided. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, configured with YouTube TV.

Pets are always welcome, we just ask that they are house trained. Our dogs have a fantastic time when they visit, so we are honored to host yours as well. Please make sure to declare when booking by checking the pet box when booking.
