Summary:
Nestled in the Heart of Whistler Village, the Carleton Lodge is located at the base of Whistler Mountain and provides guests with the ultimate convenience having the gondolas, shops and restaurants steps from your door.
Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
The Space:
The property is 2 separate condos located right next door to each other (Suites 206 & 207 not adjoining) This allows for guests to mingle and entertain with each other but have privacy when needed. Our property comes complete with secure and accessible ski storage facilities. Now, you can effortlessly store your gear after an exhilarating day on the slopes, ensuring a seamless transition from mountain excitement to relaxation in the comfort of your home away from home.
This 3 bedroom, 2 suite property is perfect for couples' getaways, family trips or a vacation with friends! Can't beat a 2 for 1 deal!
Guest Access:
Guests will be given a set of access codes prior to their arrival. Enter via the village lobby doors or have access from the private parking garage.
The Neighborhood:
Gibbons Lifeâs place is located in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Whistler Village is the hub to some of Whistlersâ iconic restaurants and bars. Enjoy the sunny patio at the Longhorn Saloon or dance the night away at Buffalo Bills. Book activities at one of the many adventure companies around the Carleton Lodge or connect with our reservations team to secure your table at one of our many hospitality locations.
Getting Around:
No need for transportation, you can walk everywhere once you get to the accommodation!
Other Things to Note:
BEDDING
Both bedrooms can either have one king or two twin beds, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The one bedroom condo has a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area as well.
QUIET TIMES
We encourage you to experience all that Whistler has to offer, including going out to enjoy the nightlife. We ask that you remember that there are other guests throughout the building that might not want to be in on your party program, please respect the buildings quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise complaints will lead to a Secuirty call out, a $200 fine or eviction depending upon the severity.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping service is provided at the end of your stay. The town of Whistler is committed to environment sustainability so please help Gibbons Life contribute by reusing your towels during your stay. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the condo is left in an undesirable state.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside or outside of the condo as per strata rules throughout the building. A $500 fine will be applied to your account if there is any smoking in the condo or on the balcony.
PET POLICY
As a house policy, we want to keep the property pet free due to guest allergies. An additional cleaning fee of $100 per night will apply if there is evidence of a pet in the room.
FIREPIT
Please ensure to cover the firepit on your check out.
FIREPLACE
The fireplace is only for show, please do not light a fire in the hearth. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this is used.
Interaction with Guests:
As a property management company, the Gibbons Life team works remotely from our village hub during regular business hours 9-5pm.
After 5pm our phones will be forwarded to our dedicated after hours team at our partner property, The Adara.
