Cozy Venice Home with Heated Pool near the Beach

Enjoy the safe and quiet neighborhood with access to most everything you need in minutes. Eight minutes to the beach, groceries, restaurants, parks and walking trails.

Take a dip in the pool, sip your margarita and grill in the totally screened-in lanai. If you're combining work and pleasure there is a business center nook with everything you need. A sofa-sleeper is at the opposite end of the nook. It's perfect for kids.

All kitchen/bath essentials, beach equipment & towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all of the culinary necessities as well as 2 types of coffee makers (drip and Keurig) We provide starter supplies but do not replenish the entire stay.

Shamrock Park is 3 minutes away for basketball, tennis and more, as is the world famous Legacy Bike Trail. Downtown Venice is filled with quaint shops, eateries, and the public beach. If you're a baseball fan the training camp and state for the art facility is short 7 miles jaunt.

For you pets, the back yard is 100 percent fenced in but it is not a chain link. Very small dogs may get through.

* There is ample parking for 2 cars
* Permission must be granted first regarding pets. Please provide breed, size and number of pets. $100 per pet flat fee per stay.
* A ring door bell is active and records by motion activation. There is also a camera on the front yard/drive way. There are no cameras inside the home.
