We appreciate your acknowledgement of our efforts to address some of the issues during your stay, such as providing additional bedding and towels. Your feedback regarding the living room furniture and kitchen supplies has been duly noted, and we will take steps to enhance these aspects to better accommodate larger groups. Finally, we appreciate your concern about the dryer and potential safety hazards. Rest assured, we will promptly investigate and address any issues with the duct work to ensure the safety of our guests.
