For check-outs before 8:00 am, a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an amount in excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 18 (eighteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who is the holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
