This stunning home is an impeccably stylized, recently-renovated property in central Palm Springs. Our desert oasis is airy & bright, featuring a spacious living room, three large bedrooms and a private pool & spa. The home is complete with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, featuring modern amenities and stylized nods to Palm Springs' colorful history. The large landscaped backyard offers you a complete feeling of zen and serenity, making it the ideal desert getaway for couples or small groups.
Designed to evoke the ultimate in relaxation and serenity, this spacious and airy 3-bedroom home is located in the Demuth Park neighborhood of Palm Springs. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor area with heated pool and spa, comfortable yet stylish living and dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and unwind in.
Our property comes furnished with all the comforts of home, featuring updated appliances & multiple elements that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The light-filled living area has vaulted ceilings with a large, comfy couch, decorative fireplace, and flat screen SmartTV. The entire area opens out to our beautifully landscaped backyard, instantly offering you a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you step inside.
The living area contains our spacious dining room and kitchen, featuring a large table thatâs ideal for dinner parties. The chef's kitchen contains stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cooking tools & utensils and tons of counter-top space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire kitchen/living area is open concept, offering easy access to either indoor or outdoor dining & entertaining options. Once outdoors, you'll enjoy the expansive backyard, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our three bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom contains a plush California King-size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, Smart TV and large closet.
The second & third bedrooms offer plenty of room to stretch out in. One features a Queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom, and another contains a Queen-size bed and full bathroom across the hall. Both bedrooms have tons of natural light coming from the many windows surrounding our property.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area features stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The view from the backyard is absolutely gorgeous, and the sunsets over the mountains are not to be missed! We have a large outdoor dining table and an additional seating area that allows you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal watching the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that youâll enjoy are complimentary WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs, on-site washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, two car garage parking, and toiletries in each bathroom.
Across the street is Demuth Park, featuring great trails, tennis and biking. We are just 2 miles to all of the fun shopping and dining located in Downtown Palm Springs.
Our home is the ideal desert retreat, with nearby activities for all seasons. We hope you enjoy and make it your own special oasis!
Youâre renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- One pet is allowed (under 20 lbs), with a fee of $100. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any sign of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat only is $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:

â $450: 30-59 nights
â $150: each additional 30-night block
