Luxury Ski In/Out Townhome on Creek - Views - Ski in/Out - Hot Tub
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,600 sq. ft ski-in/ski-out pet friendly townhome is everything you would expect from a luxury townhome.
The townhome (Unit 42) features three separate living spaces each with plenty of seating and a TV making the home perfect for multiple families. In addition to the Main Living Space adjacent to the kitchen and dining spaces on the floor, there is as 2nd living space on the ground floor (adjacent to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms) and a loft overlooking the Main Living Space. The townhome also features a private hot tub, WIFI, 2 gas fireplaces, boot warmers, Playstation 4 and a gas grill and multiple decks.
The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area (seating for 10). There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door.
Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee.
