Wonderful stay

This place was great! We were only there for a couple of days but we loved it. It was way larger than we thought and very nice and comfortable. We stayed on the hottest weekend ever so the air conditioning had a little hard time keeping up but it was still not too hot. The location was great and easy to get right down to Canal Park too.

Perfect location

The loft is much bigger than I thought it would be. Decor is great and had everything we needed, even a deck of cards. There was a nice note and gift for us when we arrived congratulating us on our anniversary and also birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

This property exceeded my expectations! So cute and cozy and larger than I expected! Location is in a great area with coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and shopping and just minutes from the DECC and other attractions. Host was great to work with. I'd definitely come back!

Great Location

We really like this area of Duluth and we're happy to find a new spot to stay. Being within walking distance of food and shops is a huge perk. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entrance and access to the apartment were easy to find thanks to detailed information from the host. The only downside, as others have mentioned, is the parking. The paid lots would normally be great due to low cost and proximity, but we unfortunately arrived during the midst of a large event at Bent Paddle. This meant the closest parking was several blocks away. In hindsight we could have checked the event schedule for the neighborhood but if a dedicated parking spot could be made for this apartment it would be a fantastic choice.

Luxury spot in the heart of town!

Picture perfect loft with everything you need to stay a day or a week! Just need groceries. Also parking signs are confusing, but you CAN park from 2-6 am overnight in the summer months. Also highly recommend the BBQ place across the street called OMC. Have Cade, Luke, or Alex behind the bar make you a Whiskey sour. Get the ice cream a half a block away. It’s made right there in small batches. Want to sit outside and eat? Take an Uber (if you can find one) and go to Va Bene and ask to sit right above the water. Actually exceptional Italian food. It is a bit warm in the loft so turn the mini split on right away. We will definitely be back in the winter and likely again this fall to stay at the same place!

AWESOME!!

The loft is gorgeous, very spacious, super comfortable bed, beautiful linens. The bathroom is wonderful, the tub was amazing. Big TV with all the cable channels. We loved it, I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if I go to Duluth.

Quick weekend in Duluth

Property was awesome. Large, clean, modern and close to everything. Parking was a bear and added 30/day to the stay. Otherwise, a perfect VRBO experience.

Beautiful loft, great location, and easy check-in process. Would easily be a 5 star except for being woken up at 6am by weights being tossed around in the fitness studio below.

Excellent stay

It was a very beautiful and well put together space. Very spacious and could be ideal for 4-6 people. The location is excellent with walking distance to so many local restaurants and breweries it was just lovely. I do need to warn people though, the Michigan is above a gym. So if you’re not up by a good time you will be. Otherwise excellent stay and would definitely stay again/recommend this VRBO to my friends.
