We’re dedicated to providing a secure, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all our guests. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we have a few simple measures in place:
• Government-Issued ID: Valid identification is required for all adults on the reservation. This helps us maintain a safe and trustworthy environment. NOTE: Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25.
• Rental Screening (Limited to guests with no platform history/no positive reviews): For longer stays (over 14 nights), rental screening allows us to verify guest details and safeguard the integrity of our booking process while preventing fraudulent reservations.
• Lease Agreement: A lease agreement is required for all stays to ensure clear communication and transparency around expectations.
• Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of $150 is collected to protect against any unforeseen incidents, or $300 for our pet-friendly suites. This deposit is promptly refunded following your stay.
• Third-Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
• Additional requirements may be needed for guests with no platform history/no reviews such as but not limited to Travel Insurance.
• No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the booking request.
