Built in 2022, this Southwest Florida home provides all the comforts you could want on your next vacation getaway. After a day spent stretched out in the sand at nearby beaches or exploring local nature preserves, take a dip in the private saltwater pool. With a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for six, the lanai offers a convenient perch for poolside barbecues with your crew. Proximity to shops makes it easy to pick up ingredients for home-cooked meals, while nearby restaurants give you ample options for dining out. Other attractions like Four Freedoms Parks, Fellowship Park, the Rotary Park Environmental Center, and Sun Splash Family Waterpark are all less than four miles away.

Inside the home, a well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a four-person kitchen bar where you can sip coffee and nibble on snacks. While the chef in your group prepares your favorite recipes, stretch out in the living area and flip through channels on the TV. A sunlit dining table seats four to meals. During your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer and the comfort of central AC.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great, clean house in a quiet neighborhood

Great bringing our family here for a week! It was difficult to contact through Vrbo for heating the pool so I missed the window. The pool definitely was chilly, but we made the most of it.

Review of our stay

All and all the property was as advertised. Clean, new. A bit disappointed on communications between VRBO and Vacasa, property managers. The main reason I rent a home down south is for the pool. We were asked prior if we wanted the pool heated at an additional $32 US plus taxes prior to our departure, since we were to be there for 2 weeks, we decided to take that decision once we were there. Well the water was very cold and water not clear when we arrived, contacted property managers and they indicated that their maintenance person would be over. He arrived a couple hours later, that was great. However mentioned that the circulating pump was a 3cycle and when on the 3rd cycle kicked the breaker off and the heat pump would not work. He was calling the local property manager while there, I asked to speak with her as I was very disappointed that we could not get heat in the pool and circulating pump did not do a proper job of clearing the water. She indicated that the advertisement for the property indicated that the heat for the pool did not work, I had not seen it and twice I had gotten e-mails from vrbo/vacasa asking us if we wanted to pay for heat for the pool. I asked if we could change homes. "Tina" was very kind and gave me her direct telephone number, which was great and not have to deal with "Vacasa's call centre and then have to explain things twice. Tina came back to me and indicated that the owner will get the circulating pump replaced on Tuesday

Beautiful home

Overall, I’d give it a 9.4/10. Beautiful home and convenient location. Pool is not heated, and this wasn’t known to us at time of booking. This made the pool unusable due to cold nights, despite warm daytime temperatures. Only other complaint was that the pillows were horrible 3/10 stars for every pillow in the house. Wife and I ended up using the couch pillows instead.

Clean, quiet and, full amenities and very nice pool

We absolutely love this place. It was posted as a new home and it was indeed very new and very well equipped. It has everything we need for our 5 nights stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough utensils, plates, bowls and cups. They even have a blender, waffle maker, a sandwich press and kid’s friendly plates, bowls and cups. We spent most of our time at home by the pool and grilling out in the patio. We’re so thankful that they have a wagon to carry all of the provided beach gears to spend time at the beach. Overall the location is safe, quiet and fairly close to the beaches, about 30 minutes. I would recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.
