Fantastic location

This location is walkable to the river walk, convention center etc but it is also a 5 dollar Uber ride. Restaurant 2 blocks down was excellent. I will be returning thanks for a great stay

Very Nice Place to Stay

We were in town for two nights, and while we were not on site much during the day it was very nice to be able to relax comfortably when we were there in the evenings. The home is spacious and well maintained. Off street parking with plenty of space for two cars if you need it. You can tell the neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization with some older homes nearby, but the property appealing and secure.

Nice house, close to attractions

Was a nice house, great location as far as proximity to places we visited but area a little sketchy. House was good inside, plenty of room to relax and decorated nicely - a few things that could be improved are master bathroom needs more privacy, 2nd bathroom shower got water everywhere, no kitchen towels and could use more dishes/utensils. Loved having all the fans. Overall it was a great value and we were comfortable there.

This is located very convenient to the Alamo and Riverwalk. It sleeps many, but there's only two chairs for seating at the kitchen island.

Convenient and Clean

This house is perfectly located close to downtown. The area is a little sketchy, so we didn’t feel 100% safe, but the house itself is great. It had everything we needed for our quick weekend trip, and the host was quick in responding to my messages!

Weekend Getaway

It was really neat, my family and myself enjoyed the layout of the home. Bathrooms were big and nice!The middle restroom could use a curtain and the master bedroom restroom could use a little more privacy, other than that it was really great.

Great stay

Perfect for our family trip to BOA and Uil competition at the Alamodome. Walking distance and the charity bar on the corner was a plus for great food. Home was very clean, and decor was very cute and modern. Highly recommend.

Cozy Stay!

Loved, loved this home! I stayed in this home in March with my partner, parents, and cousin for Fan Fair. This was an amazing location close and minutes away from everything! Everything is true to pictures, if not better in person. Everything in the home was fully functional. Great space for everyone. Great communication with the owner and responds fast. The only semi complaint if I had to nit pick which I would still rate my stay 5 star and would book same location agian if ever vacationing again in SA, was the dust in the house only because my parents and I have severe allergies, and maybe the mattresses, i wish they were a bit more comfy in the master and second room.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable and charming. So close to Riverwalk and the Alamo. Very quiet at night! We shall return!

Comfort stay

Wanted to let you know about a couple of suggestions. 1. Be sure there’s enough toilet paper. We had to buy some. 2. It would be helpful if you had a small unit in the main shower to place soap or other items. 3. Refrigerator could be a little colder. 4. Husband found 3 dead cockroaches. We found a live huge one in the closet. Took pictures. 5. We did enjoy our time here and felt comfortable. Place is very nice. 6. Beds were comfortable, but the fitted sheets do not stay on the bed. Recommend buying a mattress cover and grip-bed sheets.

Weekend Stay

We loved our stay, it was a beautiful, comfy home. My partner and my family enjoyed it so much. Robert was an awesome host and communicated back in a timely manner when we had questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We were so close to everything, which was really convenient since we came from far away and were tired of driving. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Ruff Start Great Finish!

Small issue with the cleaner not cleaning the house pryor to our arrival. We appreciate the quick response from the host. He made everything good. The space is very very comfortable. It's location is convenient to downtown and to the base. We called it our home away from home. Would definitely return. We definitely recommend this place. Never judge a book by it's cover.

3 Bdrm room in San Antonio

Place was clean and comfortable. House has shifted a little so some interior doors did not latch. Well stocked with basic provisions, comfortable couches and beds. Good Location although did have police cruiser stationed outside due to multiple sports events close by. Would have preferred to have outside gate locked for peace of mind but did not have any safety issues.

Weekend trip

We used downtown San Antonio as our base for a quick trip. The location of this property was perfect for a day in the city and a drive to New Braunfels for the water park. Check in/out was seamless (the host even accommodated an unforeseen issue on our end), the home was clean and welcoming, and we were close to everything we wanted/needed. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the comfort and neatness of the home. It was in a great location. I did not like that the refrigerator wasn’t clean and still had food in it.
