Inside you'll find a California King low profile memory foam platform bed and 65" 4K Smart TV for your enjoyment.
Large SPA style bathroom with jet tub and separate standing shower with multiple massage settings. Upgraded dual sinks, vanity, etc. The room is large and can easily accommodate more than two guests if requested and approved. Additional air mattress can be provided and pack n play crib if needed.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was fantastic. Great home, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Something about the bed makes you sleep drunk! Haha. Comfortable bed, nice tall ceiling with a powerful ceiling fan. Residence also features an AC unit, but I'd say the fan is enough. Large bathroom with option for tub or shower.Nury, the host, is easy to communicate with and attentive. Consider to book this property!

Very pleasant stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The view from the back patio was nice. It was very nice sitting outside drinking my coffee.

Perfect spot if you want to go to stay near disney. Very little traffic, nice neighborhood, located between lots of shops, and very reasonably priced.

Great experience. Convenient appliances. Jacuzzi bathtub. Only complaint is the shower does drip if not adjusted a certain way. Otherwise perfect stay and perfect host.

I recently stayed at this short-term rental and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and it was well-maintained. We were quite surprised that there was only a fitted sheet on the bed - No top sheet. In all my years, never experienced that one. Also, perhaps including Kleenex for guests would be great. Was also surprised that the kitchenette was a lanai - never used it as it was too cold. This was our first Vrbo - I’ll ready more carefully in the future what we’re getting.

We always want our guests to feel comfortable, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. It looks like the person in charge of getting the VRBO ready had left the top sheet in the dryer. Again, we truly apologize. For future stays, we’ll make sure an additional top sheet is clearly placed and easy to find. The kitchenette is located in the covered lanai as noted in the listing, but I understand that cooler weather can make it less comfortable to use, and I’m sorry if that impacted your visit. Thank you again for sharing your experience — it genuinely helps us improve. Also for future travels we do always recommend to let your host know if there are any issues or questions so we or they can assist immediately. I wish you all the best in your future travels. Hi Fredrick Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing how you’re feeling. I am truly sorry that the layout of the studio wasn’t what you were expecting. This space is listed as a private studio with private entrance and I do try to show that clearly in the photos and description. I never want there to be any confusion, and I’m always happy to answer questions before check-in to make sure everything feels clear. I did also mention to you that there are no shared spaces and that it is completely private and that you would truly enjoy it. I believe that if you would have had the opportunity to stay there, you would have thought otherwise and would have enjoyed your stay. We do also apologize that I did not provide a refund due to you wanting to cancel at the same time of check-in therefore I did miss the opportunity of renting to someone else. You can clearly see that our previous reviews have been positive. Again we were willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable but the chance was not given. For future reference I do recommend to ask questions before booking with any other property. Best Regards

I’m sorry to hear that it wasn’t as expected although the photos are exactly as it is and how every thing looks. The patio is a perfect space with privacy and it is separated from the rest of the patio to provide that privacy.

Nice room to stay during a short visit

We came from out of state for 5 days to help an elderly relative, so only needed room for sleeping/morning. The room and bath were clean (towels were brand new, never washed), was nice after a long day. We weren't home in time for sunset on the porch, but sitting on the porch for breakfast was refreshing. Looks just like the listing - a bedroom with king bed and an air mattress to the side, a large bath with shower and tub (jet tub looked nice but took so long to fill that we never got to use it), porch is curtained off section of a larger porch. Fine for our needs, thank you for your hospitality!

Single room attached to house. Couple argued.

Argued like we weren’t even there. We could hear everything going on the kitchen. Could also use a trash can inside the house so you don’t have to go outside everytime. Also state that is attached to a house that has people living in it.

Anyone renting to Kaitlyn needs to ensure she understands the details of the rental. We clearly stated a private room with private entry in a shared house. She complained and made rude comments about noises being heard at 9:20pm. Renters beware!

Great for a Weekend Getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was myself, my husband, and our 20 month old. The property was close to our destinations (Legoland, Disney Springs, etc) and was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the space was large enough for us to feel comfortable and for our little guy to have a place to play, and we had a private entrance and screened in porch. The only drawback - and this was minimal - was that it wasn’t as soundproof as we would’ve liked. We could hear their dogs barking - with our son LOVED - and when our son woke up upset the first night we were there we felt so bad that he might’ve disturbed them. Luckily, he only woke up upset the one time and there weren’t any other issues. Overall, it was a perfect space for our needs and we had a lovely time.

This area is very peaceful and you can enjoy the beautiful Sunsets and Air Balloons in the area if you're up early enough to see them. They usually are around between 7 to 8 am.

Some of the amazing benefits in this area is that you're close to Disney Theme Parks, local Winery as well as local Gardens in the area that are not too far away. Beautiful backyard valley view as well can be seen with lots of privacy in your own back Patio area.
