Super clean home with lots of room to spread out for our group of 8. Amy was a super host and thought of everything that we might need. From a few drinks in the fridge to the s’mores ingredients, she thought of everything. The pool was relaxing and although we didn’t use the hot tub, it looked awesome. A great location in Little Rock.

Wow what an amazing set up not only is the house beautiful and huge all the extra above and beyond from the arrival sign and everything in between we didn’t want to leave it was amazing! We wished we had stayed longer!

What a gem in Little Rock! Deer Hill was more than we could have asked for. Our family had a memorable visit with swimming in the beautiful pool, cooking smores by the campfire and playing the many games that were provided. Amy and Casey made sure we had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this home for a getaway with your family.

If you’ve stumbled upon this property, you HAVE to book it! Everything about DeerHill was top notch. We booked it for a birthday party and everyone complimented it the entire time! It’s a very fun eclectic space with something cool to discover every turn! We only stayed for a night but wish we could stay longer! Amy, the host, is a gem. She had the property decorated for my daughter’ s birthday, fresh flower bouquets, and the most amazing cinnamon rolls in town. The space had a fully stocked beverage fridge and lots of nice treats in the fridge and den. Every room had everything we needed and more. Honestly, this is the best rental property we have stayed… nothing could be improved upon.

Everything was as it was described. Beautiful home with so much character. Our host was amazing! No delay in any messages. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks for our kiddos! Fresh cut flowers were a personal touch throughout the home. We loved the pool and hot tub! We only wish we would’ve had time to do the s’mores that were provided!

Host made sure we had anything we needed. My family loved the pool—it was early in the year though so no one really swam, just lounged. Hot tub was great. It’s on a busy street but feels secluded due to its setting and the hang out areas outside are in the backyard.

I had a fantastic time at this property. We had family in and this was perfect for teenagers. All the amenities very nice.the hospitality from the hosts was impeccable i highly suggest this property to anyone needing space for family in town or just a really relaxing getaway. Thank you agin for such a lovely time. We will be back in the future

We had the best experience at this house! Amy’s hospitality is over the top!!! She greeted us with a gift, the house was stocked with snacks and drinks, and fresh flowers were in all the rooms! The house is just adorable and equipped with everything one could need! We cant wait to go back!

We LOVED this property... what a great little getaway to meet up with family and spent some quality time. I cannot say enough great things about our host, she was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and overall an amazing experience was had as she went over the top to ensure our stay was meaningful. I was blown away that she had stocked the bar fridge with drinks for us and even left us a bottle of Champagne & some cinnamon rolls from the local favorite bakery. The house is fully stocked with so much entertainment items from games to food, like smores for the outdoor fire pit and more. You CANNOT GO WRONG WITH BOOKING THIS PLACE! We will definitely return!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family stay. It was so clean, cozy and decorated in such a fun way! I could not recognize this place enough. Amy & Casey were so easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

My 3 girls and theirs really liked the property/space. " A country Inn with a tree house feel.The 2 den spaces were great and the kitchen were my favorites. All plenty of room to spread out..The house was easily accessable for my elderly parents

Absolutely Fabulous

Everything about the stay was perfect. Amy was a phenomenal host and the property was decked with amenities. The entrance was a little difficult to find, but, of course, Amy had orange cones and ribbons! Worth every penny and my family will be keeping this property on the short list for gatherings in the future!

Wow! This home, the kitchen, the backyard & pool, the hosts - everything about it is amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Little Rock. The hosts were super responsive and had snacks and goodies waiting for us. We had a wonderful time.

This was the perfect place to have my basketball team! The beautiful scenery of in the heart of the city but still have the feel of the nature of Arkansas was exactly what I was looking for. The property was personalized & that warm welcoming made us feel comfortable & at home!

We had an amazing, relaxing girls weekend. This property has it ALL and is so convenient to everything, while also managing to be peaceful and quiet! The hosts were responsive and friendly. There is not really an amenity this place doesn’t have. HIGHLY recommend.

Amy did such a wonderful job preparing the house with some many wonderful extras!! Everyone in my group was shocked at her attention to detail and anticipation of our needs.
