The family room with reclining sofa and flat screen can be sectioned off from the kitchen and dining area for privacy. The master suite has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and spacious private bathroom with lots of storage and counter space to accommodate all of your personal items. The second bedroom, just off the kitchen, has a queen-sized bed and adjacent guest bathroom. The first level focal point is the large modern kitchen that is a perfect gathering space for your entire group.
The private second level accessed via the interior staircase, has king- and queen-sized beds that sleeps four with flat screen tv and a beautiful view of the large backyard featuring the hot tub, firepit with Adirondack chairs, overhead lights and the game room located in our decorated rustic garage.

This is a 102 year old historic home that is one of the 329 original contributing homes to the New Myrna Beach historic area. Take a bike ride around this quaint little town and visit the local farmers market and attractions.
Of course, let's not forget the beach! Divided into sections, New Smyrna Beach is one of the last remaining Florida beaches that allows vehicular traffic on parts of the beach. Concerned about the kids and cars? Park at the 27th street playground and enjoy the miles of traffic free New Smyrna beach.
Into fishing, boat tours and dolphin watching? It's all within walking distance from this property. Bring your fishing gear and fish the Indian river and intercoastal waterway just six blocks away. Take a dolphin watching or fishing charter boat from the local marina and enjoy your visit to one of the best little beach towns in Florida.
