The kitchen is open concept, superbly functional, and equipped with all new appliances -- microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and Keurig. All rooms have mini-split air conditioning that makes the home comfortable throughout.
The separate dining room offers plenty of space for family dinners and game nights and overlooks the secluded yard. It opens to the back deck, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon drinks under the shade umbrella. There’s a propane grill, table and lounge chairs.
Upstairs is an oversized second master with a king foam bed, queen futon and en suite. Next door is another bedroom with two bunk beds. Sheets and towels are included and both rooms have 33” Smart HDTVs. This home easily sleeps eight comfortably.
A washer and dryer and beach chairs are provided. Pets considered.
