*** The trash removal service comes on Saturday morning please make sure the trash cans are pulled down to the street on Friday night to be picked up on Saturday morning.

Please make sure before you vacate the property that :
1 - All trash need to be removed from the house including any leftovers in the refrigerator Into the bins outside.
2 - All dirty dishes and utensils need to be washed and put away ( please make sure they are dry) .
3 - please make sure you leave our garage opener and keys on the same way on the countertop in the kitchen.
