Walking/biking distance to excellent restaurants & bars. Central to everything: near Jacksonville, Atlantic and Neptune beach, including Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass. 25 Minute Drive to Downtown/TIAA Bank Field

The space
3 Full Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. Exceptionally large balcony; and private backyard add options for enjoying the FL weather.

This is a whole home rental. I own one side of a townhouse with private garage, private fully fenced backyard, and private balcony. No shared spaces.

Dedicated office/desk area. Laundry on-site. Bikes available. BBQ Grill and Firepit in backyard.
