As you enter into the home take a seat in the living room to relax in front of the custom stone fireplace. Gas logs make it a breeze to enjoy the ambiance that a fire provides. You can enjoy the mounted flat screen tv or take a few steps over to the kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and custom granite counter tops. Spend time with your family around the dining table or take your meals to the covered patio outside and enjoy the views and Mountain air.
Just past the dining area, you will find the main level primary bedroom. This suite provides a king bed and mounted tv for guests to spread out and enjoy. Ample storage space is available in the walk in closet and the ensuite bath boasts a beautiful double vanity as well as a a custom tile shower. Upstairs, you will turn into the second bedroom, which offers a king bed, a television, and couch. Across from this is an additional bedroom with a queen bed an tv. A shared bath is conveniently located between the upstairs rooms.
In spite of the numerous amenities available while staying in Eagles Nest, you may never want to leave your home. The game room in the garage will keep you entertained all afternoon as you enjoy ping pong, giant jenga, put put golf, giant connect four, and more. Between games, have a relax on the couches and enjoy streaming your favorite show on the game room tv. Or, if you prefer, step outside of the living room and enjoy the sunshine and views on the deck where you will have access to a propane grill, comfortable seating, a covered dining area, and gas fire table. In the yard below, roast some smores in the fire pit and enjoy the yard.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- There is enough parking for 4 vehicles in driveway.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please contact Off Road Adventures
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
