We were in town for a business conference and it was perfect for our stay! Very clean, great space!

This property is great it was less than 20 minutes away from the Benton Convention Center and very spacious! Perfect for what we needed for the weekend!

Great home!!

Everything was great with the exception of downstairs had no power where tv was so no one could sleep down there. House very clean very nice would definitely stay again.

House has potential

House has great potential to be a five star house but it needs improvements. Whole house needs a good cleaning especially the floors, very dirty. We misplaced some jewelry so on our search we found the couches needed to be vacuumed under the seat cushions. Pills and dirt found under the bed on main level. House has a wonderful covered deck to enjoy outside but there are no chairs which would have been nice. Kitchen is nice size and ample room for cooking. A full size coffee pot needs to added for larger groups and for those who doesn't like Keurig coffee. Small kitchen table and chairs would be nice in kitchen dining area for extra seating. The TV cord and extension cord over fire place needs to be fixed as it was a constant battle to keep the little ones from pulling on it. We had 9 people stay in the house and enough towels but only one wash cloth and there were no dish towels or dish rags. Owner was contacted same day of check in and was advised these items would be brought over but they never were so I purchased my own. House says it can accommodate 12 people so it should have enough towels and wash cloths for 12 people at all times. All in all nice house but it attention to the details need to be addressed.

A couple of notes, leaving a book with instructions for the home: WiFi password, how to operate the fireplace, etc. Also, be sure to note what type of coffee to purchase with kcups.

I would actually rate this host a"0"! This was our daughter's wedding weekend and having to deal with a poorly maintained property was not something we appreciated or signed up for.First of all, the lack of maintenance outside was evident with slippery moss & grass clippings on sidewalks, having to walk through dirt & mud in the driveway, spider webs, dead bugs on unswept deck and patio. Also, no chairs to sit on deck, but you wouldn't want to sit out there anyway.1st night, main floor a/c not cooling, contacted the host Quentin & no reply. Talked w/vrbo next day & they couldn't reach him either. Finally messaged me & sent a/c repairman to find out unit needs to be replaced. Said they would send temporary a/c units in the meantime- never got them. Also, ants all over table, chairs & floor in dinning room, ( the only table to eat on in the house). The host, Quentin said he would send over pest control & never came!Not enough towels, the extras had brown spots on them in storage closet & I had to go out & buy hand towels. Again i messaged him about it & he did nothing! The a/c repairman came back to repair unit at check out. Great for the next guest! Quentin has not tried to contact me or apologize after we left. On our last day there, i received a standard check- out list & "hope you enjoyed your stay" message. Extremely rude and irresponsible in taking care of his property and his guests. This host has other properties In the area, so beware.

Perfect for Our Family

I found this property for my family's stay but was turned off by the 1-star review. After failing to find another reasonably-priced property to suit our needs, I ended back at this listing. Being that the review was related to cleanliness, I reached out to the host to discuss the issue. He said that he had changed cleaning companies and assured me that the property would be ready for my family to arrive. We nervously took the chance and proceeded with the rental. Upon arrival, there were minor touch-ups needed as well as a maintenance issue that had to be addressed. Quentin came out to take care of them within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. There was ample space for 3 generations under the same roof, plenty of parking, it was easy to find, quiet, and close to necessity shopping. We compiled a short list of additional conveniences to share with the host. Making these changes will enhance an otherwise good stay and change it to a great stay for future visitors' comfort.

When we showed up (3 hours after check in time) to check in to the property, we found that the house had not been cleaned from the previous renters. All the beds were dirty, dirty dishes in the sink, trash throughout the house. I have photos. I contacted the owner and he said he would try to find someone to come and clean. An hour later he hadn't found anyone so I asked for a full refund since it was now 8 pm on a Friday night and we had driven 3 hours to get there. He agreed to the refund. (I have all the texts). I have asked several times about my refund and have also contacted VRBO about it. VRBO said that the owner is responsible for refunding my money not them. I have contacted him several times since talking to VRBO and still have not received my refund. Its almost been 2 months since my reservation.
