Spacious and resort style stay with fenced backyard and open floor plan. Home sits on Huge acreage lot of room to enjoy outdoor. Hot tub to enjoy evening with your favorite beverage. Home sits in desirable neighborhood that close to Lake; short walk to neighborhood trails that run along the lake. No matter the weather, relax on the large screened in deck and watch favorite game on big screen; propane heater to enjoy the smoke outdoors, comfy seating. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking.

Home has 5 Bedroom. Main level has Master Suit , living room, Formal dinning, Breakfast area, Kitchen, Laundry room , Half bath, Bar, Screen Porch with wide screen TV.
2nd floor has 3 bedroom. 2 bedroom are Jack and Jill and 3rd is bonus room.
Basement is filled with entertainments Billiard, board games, work space, bedroom with full bath. Out side huge patio with hot tub. This level has wheel chair access no stairs or steps.
Huge back yard sits on 3 acres.

They had about 14 cars on driveway kids broke blinds in house make so much mess inside and outside after cookout pour cooking oil on grass very disrespectful guests

Graduation Celebration

The stay made our daughter’s college graduation weekend a major success. The property is amazing and reflective of the stated online amenities. Our host was responsive and great to work with. House is well stocked with all you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property.

Everything you need in a central location

Highly recommend this house. We were in town for a destination wedding and there was so much room for all of us to spread out. It had everything we needed and super close to shopping and restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking in the stocked kitchen. Check in and check out was simple and quick responses from the owner for any questions we had and they were super accommodating to a few of our requests.

Wonderful Family Gathering

We gathered to enjoy our daughter's graduation from HPU. The house is very convenient to High Point and HPU and the other areas we visited. We had 8 total family members so each couple had their own room. We have a son graduating either in December or May 2026 and would use this home again if we need that much space. We didn't cook any meals in the home as we were also celebrating birthdays, etc so all of our meals were outside of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed the enclosed patio and the basement. We did not use or want to use the sauna as that was not in our planned activities. If we did have 12 people in our group it would have been a different experience as those 4 guest would not have had a dedicated bathroom, so for us it was perfect.

Wonderful Property

Beautiful property! Was in town for a college graduation so we needed a spacious home with room for 7 people. The property was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed out time there and would utilize it again if needed. We only had two issues during out stay: 1. Unable to utilize TV on screened porch. Spending time on the porch while enjoying the TV was something we really looked forward to doing. After we inquired about the TV not working, the host told us that the remote needed to operate the TV was missing...:-(2. The hot tub had no water in it and was full of leaves. This made it appear inoperable. Again, this was disappointing because it was something that we looked forward to.Despite these problems, we still think this is an excellent property that offers good value for the price.

Don’t pick this place find another one

THIS HOME LISTED TO HAVE ACCOMDATIONS FOR 12 people, and great entertaining. We were supplied with 6 plates for 12 people, do not plan to cook in-this kitchen unless you plan to bring your own ice (ice maker broke ) bring all of your kitchen supplies from home including your kitchen towels, they only provide one. The king size bed upstairs has no bathroom in the hallway or within the bedroom so the people in the king bedroom have to walk through another bedroom wake those people up to use the restroom. Up stairs beds uncomfortable. We were assured, the hot tub would be working no hot tub. They had a storm three weeks ago and still have not fixed the hot tub. Outdoor activities planned for Saturday and there were mowers there for at least 2 hours and we couldn’t do outdoor activities. Multiple Lightbulb out in laundry room, and no lightbulbs in lamps many lightbulbs in the ceiling were out toilet paper and towel racks Broken and on the floor I spoke to the owner about EVERYTHING she didn’t care didn’t offer to come put lightbulbs in. I called VRBO AND THEY DO NOT not care how many plates lightbulbs are provided VRBO SD ITS owner choice how much to supply NECESSITIES. It’s not VRBO concern. One of the bedrooms didn’t even have pillowcases on the pillows.

Beautiful / Peaceful/ and Perfect Location

The location is perfect, beautiful and very peaceful. The home is gorgeous, just what we needed for our athletes. The space of the home and the 5 bedrooms, was just what we needed for our 5 athletes who was able to attend. I wish we got to spend more time in the home but, it had everything we needed for our event. The basement is very spacious and was perfect for our evening meeting with the coaches and athletes. Any issues we had the owner was perfect with communication. The only down fall was the athletes didn't get a chance to try the Jacuzzis. But I told them maybe next year, if the home is available and we are welcomed back. Thank you again, Danielle

Lovely well stocked home.

My family enjoyed the home. Lots of space. An arrangement issue for us was, the bathroom situation for the second floor. One bathroom on the second floor, jointly connecting two of the bedrooms. Guests in the third room must walk through one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom. The big issue for us, that kept us from giving 5 stars instead of four was that the grill was dirty upon arriving. We had planned to grill out at least a couple of times but couldn’t. Sent a message it was dirty but it was never addressed. All other questions and and issues(very few)were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. On the plus side the place had everything needed. Kitchen supplies, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, soap, garbage bags coffee(cream and maker). I purchased everything because I wasn’t sure about supplies. I was able to take most home because everything was available. Overall, I would definitely recommend. * * * *

Great for a large family

The property accommodated our family of eight perfectly. Four generations of family stayed at the house and met each one’s needs from the eldest loving the screened porch and fresh air to my young adult sons and daughters enjoying a game of pool or watching movies. The house was very spacious where everyone could stretch out and have their own space or congregate together when they wanted to. The hosts were quick to respond to a concern we had. I highly recommend this property
