Stayed here with 40 friends for a birthday party. Everything was fantastic! The place accommodated 40 adults so well. The fireplace was awesome for chilly spring nights, and we loved being able to kayak on the lake.
Our family vacation at the lodge was so much more than expected. The people and place were great. We had 30 people, from age two80 and it felt like we still had lots of room. The main room and deck had plenty of space with places to socialize and share meals .The kitchen was very well equipped and the walk-in freezer and commercial dishwasher were perfect for a large group. The canoes and the paddleboard were enjoyed by all, and the water was wonderful.Weâve been doing a family vacation week for over twenty years, and all agreed this was the best one yet.
The lodge was a wonderful place to stay, spacious enough for our large group and filled to the brim with anything we may have needed. The industrial kitchen was definite highlight for us.
Acurately described, clean, comfortable and roomy!
Beautiful grounds.
The kitchen and layout were perfect for meals and sessions.
Looking fwd to booking again. Highly recommend.
great kitchen to cook and serve for a large group (30-35 people). only problem was lack of air conditioning meant upstairs bedrooms were VERY hot at night.
The cabin is such an amazing stay for a large group. Everything was clean, spacious, and the view from the deck is amazing. The lake is clean and refreshing, and the kitchen has literally everything you need for a long stay. The host also helped us out when the city lost power by dropping off flashlights and headlamps in the dark so that we could continue having fun on our trip. Definitely will be back.
Incredible property on an incredible lake in an incredible area. We had a group of 33 teens and adults stay at Bluewater Lodge. It is a perfect setup for retreats, events, midsize gatherings, etc.
Rustic, cozy, intimate.
I highly recommend this location and the property managers.
Our church had our first ever summer camp at the Bluewater Lodge! It was incredible and a lot of that is due to the Lodge and our incredible hosts. We had so much fun! Our students did not want to leave.
Our group of 30 gathered for a Womenâs retreat and found the Bluewater Lodge to suit our needs perfectly! The wrap around deck overlooking the lake was the perfect setting for a Sunday morning service. The oversized living room with gas fireplace and an abundance of seating could accommodate all of us comfortably. It was easy to cook for a crowd in the spacious kitchen with all the necessities. It was even easier to clean up after the crowd with a commercial dishwasher that completes the job in 90 seconds. Thereâs plenty of actives from the canoes, and board games, fire pit, ping pong and pool table. Itâs a perfect setting for friends and family to gather.
This space is perfect for team building and interacting. The location is beautiful and offers great indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchen is appropriate size to use for cooking and serving 25+ people. We rented linen for a charge of $10 p/p it was very convenient and well organized. I would highly recommend.
This was perfect for our grad school class retreat! The canoes and kayaks were so much fun to take out, and the common space was just what we needed for our team building activities. The one thing was that the fridge never got cold - we ended up leaving food outside overnight to avoid it spoiling. Other than that, no snafus!
