Bedrooms: La Bella Vita is a 2-level, 1400-square-foot home that accommodates 7 guests maximum, strictly enforced, in 3 bedrooms: the main floor master suite has a King bed, the second bedroom (also on main floor) has a Queen bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a Queen and two Twin beds (no AC in upstairs bedroom) This home has three full bathrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs).

Amenities: Guest access to Pinebrook Lake and surrounding facilities including the clubhouse, baseball field, volleyball court, basketball, BBQ and picnic areas. Walking distance away! Also: hot tub, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD, woodstove (firewood provided), forced air heat, gas BBQ (propane provided), washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee pot that can make 12-cup pots or individual cups.

Please Note:Linens, towels, and bedding are provided. Level access. Maximum 7 guests, strictly enforced. No pets, strictly enforced. No smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
