Come enjoy your stay on the east end of Long Island in this charming Loft Apartment with only a 5 min walk to the private beach! North Fork local farm stands, great restaurants and wineries are just minutes away. Whether you are coming out to have a quiet place to work, or just to enjoy a relaxing getaway, you will certainly leave feeling refreshed.

After enjoying a day at the beach relaxing, fishing, or canoeing, come back to your own private side yard to bbq, hang out or just to enjoy a glass of some local wine by the fire pit. Bikes will be provided to take a stroll around the neighborhood or check out the local shops or beaches. You would also enjoy the Pumpkin, Berry, and Apple picking that is close by.

There is High Speed wifi for our guests. Driveway parking. Rapid EV car charging also available. Come enjoy the stay.

Very private,well equipped, very comfortable and nothing was needed. Close walk to the Long Island Sound and the quaint Village of Shoreham is the perfect resting spot. I would go back and stay longer, Thanks Mark

Great place to stay

Comfortable and convenient place for 2 people. Good location to access a lot of activities on LI. Host suggested several good places to visit/sample, stayed in contact as well including when internet went down for a day. Well-equipped place, including outdoor garden area with gas BBQ and dining area.

Beach getaway

Mark was a great host. Very hospitable and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the place offered so many great amenities. Such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to others.

Loved it!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week while we were in town for a wedding. It was a great space! The bikes were definitely a thoughtful/helpful touch since we didn't have a vehicle. The beach are was amazing and the house was very cleaned. We loved our stay!

Great Stay

We were in town for a family event so we didn't spend a ton of time in the rental. However, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked and the aparment was beautifully decorated. The welcome book, which included walking directions to the beach, was really helpful. We would stay again!

We enjoyed staying in this smartly and cute converted garage, it has thoughtful and nicely finished spaces and was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay while we were in town visiting our adult child. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish! True secret gem on the North Fork! Arriving later at night, I truly appreciated the notes to drive slowly and watch out for the deer. The house is not missing anything! Outdoor space, bikes with helmets, keypad door, every kitchen supply and more, beach toys and gear, office space, air conditioning etc! Off road parking. I will be back!

Stay in early July

Apartment was small but very clean. Great location. Very clean. We would have preferred normal cable TV. The apartment could also use a dehumidifier, as it felt damp / humid the entire stay.

Hello James. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about feeling humid in the apartment. I did however just go in there during the day during this heatwave with a digital humidity sensor I use on commercial buildings I maintain. It is reading a relative humidity of 53%. Which should be pretty comfortable. That was without adjusting the thermostat cooler on the 2 air conditioners, which guests are certainly encouraged to adjust to whatever temperature is comfortable for them. We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.

Nice apartment with access to beach

This apartment is very nicely equipped and decorated. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with big trees. The access to the private beach is wonderful and we spent several lovely hours there on two separate days, seeing almost nobody and enjoying swimming in the Long Island Sound. The check-in process was self-service and easy, and Mark communicated very well through the app. I wish we had had a little more time there to take advantage of the bicycles and the canoe.

This place had everything we needed, full kitchen, desk area, sleeping loft. It’s a little off the beaten path in a charming neighborhood, so remember to pick up groceries, coffee milk, etc. We loved having the private patio area, nicely landscaped with greenery. Foam bed was super comfortable. AC was powerful! The rock Beach is a 10 minute walk .. lovely, but heads up.. a bit of an uphill hike on the return. The self entrance worked fine, and we never needed to contact the host. We were visiting relatives in Smithtown and Port Jeff, and preferred the privacy and extra room vs a hotel, so ok with driving. The area is gorgeous in summer… tons of nature and places to visit. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Nice getaway

This is a cute little getaway. The only problem I head was there were no instructions how to get to that part of the house not realizing it was attached. I would still give it five stars. They had bikes ready to ride, a kayak to use and a fresh bottle of local wine waiting for me when I got there.

Sorry for the confusion, but 1 day prior to all guest arriving, I send over as I did, a welcome message which included this message: “When you arrive to the house, your designated parking spot is on the right side of Driveway. Enter through gate in front of you and apartment door is on the left. Enter **** then TeeHO. If there are any issues or if you have any questions or would like any recommendations for the area, please reach out at any time. Enjoy your stay!” Sorry if you did not see the message. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay though. Hope you come again.

Lovely loft apt more than 5 min walk to beach

I thought I’d be hosting college roommates for wine watching beach sunsets and babysitting 2 and 3 year old grandchildren after pulling them in a wagon to the beach or having morning coffee with 8 month pregnant niece. I had to change those plans after traversing the escarpment after the 5 minute walk to the gate to get you down to the beach. The walk down was not for me - aged 72 with one knee replacement, or my intended guests. So, I rented a car and drove the LI E with all my fellow Long Islanders and visited family at their homes. The apt itself is lovely with a great bed, great towels, perfect shower and a cozy patio.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location

This was a great "home base" for a little family reunion, and was also a great place to "hang out". Access to a beautiful private beach, and lots of very thoughtful amenities. Would definitely stay here again when visiting relatives on Long Island!!
