Bungalow is setup for you to relax and enjoy the magic of the Indian Rocks Beach area. The main bedroom is draped with a king bed in mid-century modern taste. The kitchen and living area private functional yet stylish space including a sofa bed. The gem is the private 360 view patio with grill.

Welcome to Sugar Sand Bungalows! I hope you have a fantastic trip and get to enjoy the beautifully beaches steps from the door and great hospitality of the community.

A few notes about your upcoming stay:
1) Cleaning fee covers light cleaning, bedding and bath towel cleaning. Please take out trash to garbage can and place dishes and glassware inside dishwasher and start before departure.
2) Beach towels are available in your unit. Ensure that sand is shaken off before washing. Beach chairs are available also for use. Please use the hose to wash all excess sand away and hang on the rack each night when you return.
3) Absolutely no smoking in the unit. Use illegal substances are not permitted. Failure to comply could result in having your reservation voided without refund.
4)Accidents happen. If something does happen please notify me immediately through the app or by text.

Perfect stay

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. We appreciated the extra niceties like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ground coffee, etc. The AC worked great and kept the unit cool and comfortable. Location was wonderful and just a short walk to the white sand beach. We look forward to staying here again!

Not impressed

We rented this property for 5 days. It was clean but it was not what was pictured on line. First of all, the property had trash piles all over the yard. Wood piles, ladders , old toilets and sinks were my views. It was terribly small too. The kind size bed was fine but the pull out couch was hard as rock and this was also the only thing we could sit on. The shower pressure was horrendous. It was luke warm water and hardly any water to shower with. The place was on the second floor and that was not mentioned. I have a bum knee and it was hard to transfer luggage up the stairs. It was also not in a good area of town. I would never rent this home again. The pictures were much nicer than the home actually looked like. Very disappointing.

Hi , Had family staying at a condo on the beach for Spring break, we needed a place for one night to be able to visti with all of them. Perfect location and setting for what we needed. Outstanding communication with us through the entire process.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed for a weekend here. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was well appointed with all supplies needed. There were plenty of extra towels, and blankets. The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable. Look no further, this place is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Sand Bungalows and will definitely plan to stay again when we plan another trip to Indian Rocks beach. The property is immaculately clean, and absolutely everything we needed was supplied for us by our host Matthew including ample beach towels, bedding, beach chairs and much more. The king-sized bed is so comfortable, we slept great! We were only there for three nights but really wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying at Sugar Sand Bungalows!

Exceptional stay

Our stay was honestly perfect, clean, quiet and equipped. Great neighborhood and great distance from the beach with a park around the corner that was kept up with and a beautiful hidden boardwalk trail. Host was very responsive in a timely matter. The Vrbo had everything we needed and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. After making a trip to the store we realized the Vrbo even had the little things we realized we didn’t even need to purchase lol. The property is clean and well taken care of. Would definitely rate 10 out of 10.
