Just steps from McCall Golf Course, Aspen Village, and minutes from Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park, and downtown, this home features a fully equipped kitchen with dual refrigerators, seating for 25+, expansive great room, game room, and 9 bedrooms to sleep up to 22. Relax in the fenced backyard, gather around the gas fireplace, or explore the best of McCall from this central, luxurious retreat.



The Space:

Experience modern comfort and flexibility in this newly remodeled McCall home, perfect for large family gatherings, golf tournaments, or groups seeking a spacious retreat. Just a minute’s walk to McCall Golf Course, Aspen Village and Market, and a short drive to Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park, and downtown McCall, this property combines unbeatable location with exceptional design and amenities.



The kitchen is designed for large meal prep, with dual refrigerators, electric glass cooktop and oven, dual Keurig coffee makers, and all the essentials for preparing meals for large groups. A kitchen bar seats 6, with two additional tables in the adjacent dining area seating 16, plus a small bar for 3 more.



The living room features a gas fireplace beneath a large flat-screen TV and a very large sectional with power reclining. Additional benches and chairs provide versatile seating for large gatherings. A game room will keep kids young and old occupied (sorry, the vintage arcade games are no longer there)!



The fenced backyard offers a private space with firepit to gather outdoors, perfect for relaxing evenings or daytime fun. Parking accommodates approximately 7 vehicles, including a pull-through driveway and tandem side parking.

Big time family and friends house close to town and the water

Excellent stay despite the weather.

Property was perfect for our rather large group. Large main space that we could enjoy together, side rooms that were quiet with doors closed for breaks. Weather was atrocious but inside was lovely and cozy with lots of space for boardgames and hang outs. Would rent again!

Family Fun Fest

Had a blast! Walking distance to Winter festival activities, awesome skiing at both resorts with 12 inches fresh powder on Monday, and the whole family was very comfortable in the home! Spacious and comfortable! Loved it!

Wonderful House for a Group

This house was a wonderful place to stay for a group. With so many bedrooms, and most with their own half bathrooms, it worked out very well. And the open concept living in the center of the house was amazing! The only down side was that the remotes did not have batteries that worked and there was only 1 hairdryer (for 15 women) which was hidden in a drawer in one of the 11 bathrooms. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Annual Sibling Trip

We were a group of 9 siblings, aged 61-81. This home was perfect for us. Loved every bedroom having its own bathroom and the themed bedrooms so well decorated. Lots of open space we loved. So well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Only problem we had was never able to figure out the TV system. An instruction sheet would have been helpful. And we did have some in the group that were technology savvy.

Great house!

We were a group of 7 adults and 5 kids. The layout of the house was excellent! Perfect for large groups. There was a great supply of dishes, pots and pans etc. I would have thought we’d have a few extras like tin foil, salt and pepper but we made due. The location was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately none of the arcade games worked so that was a little bit of a bummer for the older kids but they definitely had so much else to play with so it was quickly overlooked. We will definitely book this house again!

Family Stay - 14 people

Overall the place was reasonably clean. No coffee provided but standard dishes. To be clear, this place recently was an assisted living center and has been converted to a VRBO without much change in terms furniture, decor, etc. The showers are small and older (think ADA access), rooms very dark with few windows. There is no yard to speak of and no patio to sit on for a cup of coffee etc outside. I was outside unloading the car and a guy walked by and said, “hey, staying at the old files home eh?.” He genuinely said the last time he was there it was still an assisted living center. I think everyone should be fore warned that this place is very expensive for what it is but it did accommodate 14 people in town.

McCall Reunion

We love McCall and this place was perfect for our family reunion. The dryer was unfortunately not working during our stay which made it difficult with the amount of towels provided. I’d highly suggest providing extra towels if the dryer is not working. The communication with the property manager was ok. A few times I reached out but would not hear back for 24+ hours, or not at all. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again if we came back to McCall for another family reunion. Thank you so much â˜ș
