To comply with legal requirements and community rules, guests will be asked to provide their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some cases, a criminal background check may be necessary. Rest assured, this information is collected solely for verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
Upon completing the reservation, guests agree to the following:
Adherence to our rental terms and conditions
Provision of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in
Potential background check as required by the property management company or building
Please note that our property does not accommodate pets due to complex restrictions.
The primary guest must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. We maintain a strict no-weapons, no-drugs policy, with zero tolerance.
Our noise policy ensures a peaceful environment for neighbors—quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am daily.
Regarding pests, especially during seasonal changes, Dallas may have bugs. Rest assured, we conduct regular pest control to address any issues promptly.
Guests won’t have access to mailboxes or package deliveries.
The apartment complex performs maintenance and cleaning for shared amenities like pools and gyms as needed.
While we provide basic amenities (such as hand soap and toilet paper), additional supplies for long stays should be purchased independently."

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
