The house was very comfortable and clean. The host was great and responded promptly. The reason I didn’t put excellent overall was some maintenance items such as missing vanes in blinds in living room, I’m old school for electronics and it was a bummer not being able to watch tv in the evening or news in the morning. I would stay here again.

Great location and well-appointed home; for someone with severe allergies, it is especially nice that pets are not allowed. We love the community in general with access to the TLV pool, the golf course and a great little restaurant!

Communication with the host throughout the entire process and stay was excellent! They were even able to accommodate a last minute early check-in request. The whole house was very clean, well appointed, with comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water for four showers. The only improvement for future stays, would be more visible numbering for the unit. It was difficult to differentiate which unit was ours from the shared driveway. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great size for our small family. Quiet neighborhood. Apparently you can’t put business names in your review so hopefully you can figure these out. Only 17 minutes from an awesome theme park. Highly recommend the coffee shop around the corner and the Mexican restaurant in downtown rathburn.

Beautiful home, amenities and location is perfect for Silverwood, Corur De Lane and Spokane day trips! Pool, restaurant with delicious food, beach, basketball, golf… we are coming back! Just need to get a new filter in the fridge and get the ice going… but there is a little corner store to purchase ice and grocery basics, wine/beer. FIVE STAR concierge too!

The house was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies were a nice surprise.Perfect location for our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood to walk in, as well as the close walk to the lake. Houses were very responsive and assisted with any question we had. We definitely would not hesitate to return!

This is a lovely home located in an established and beautifully maintained golf course adjacent community. The grounds are really lovely. I'll note up front that I would definitely stay here again. I try to leave info in reviews that I like to know so it's more about data than judgement. The home was very comfortable and pretty well stocked. The living room furniture was particularly comfortable and I loved the ottomans. The fireplace with remote control was easy to use once we replaced the batteries in the remote. The shower heads were tall (which matters for my family) and water pressure was great. Towels are pretty carefully rationed ;-) but effective. The kitchen had sufficient utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. The initial pot of coffee was appreciated. You will need all cooking ingredients, though, including salt and pepper, and any storage like ziplock baggies. The beds are foam mattress style and were comfortable (it's not my favorite since they tend to run warm and are hard to get out of, but other people love them). As an FYI, there are no fans in the bedrooms. We didn't use the outdoor furniture, but it looked good and it was nice see it was available in the front and the back.

Relaxing - close to Silverwood

Great rental, exactly what I was hoping for so my teenage son could drive to Scarywood and back safely. Super clean, easy check in and out. Nice area to walk and relax too.

Great Stay

We were impressed with the place. Every was very clean and fresh. The beds and couches were new and comfortable. The kitchen didn't lack anything. Great neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Check - in was easy. Great communication with property management. Kitchen is equipped well. Everything you need to cook family meals. WiFi access was easy, connection with personal streaming was easy as well. Great location for access to Silverwood Theme Park. Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. We were very happy with these accommodations.

Perfect cozy quiet getaway

We wanted a space that would accommodate myself, my husband, and my father for a quick visit close to family. This location was spacious enough for us to never feel crowded, clean, bright, and had all the comforts of home we needed. We cooked, we watched movies, we rested, it was perfect. Close enough to Coeur d’Alene ( about 20 minutes beautiful drive), and grocery stores. We will definitely use this location again!

Great place to stay! Great neighborhood!

This unit is located close to another one, so be sure to double-check the door before entering. While the space isn’t huge, it’s well laid out and very comfortable. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all clean and nicely maintained.I really appreciated the small touches—like condiments already stocked in the kitchen and plastic bags available for leftovers or personal use. The washer and dryer worked great, and having detergent and fabric softener sheets provided was a big plus. It saved me from having to buy extra supplies.Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
