Our home is less than 5 miles from Lackland Air Force Base and SeaWorld, less than 3 miles from shopping centers, and has quick access to 1604, 410, 151 and Highway 90 allowing you to explore all the city has to offer with ease. Casa Linda has board games, books, two living rooms, kitchen island seating, outdoor dining area, fenced in backyard and sleeps 14! Book your stay today!

We are a family of five who moved to San Antonio a little over 10 years ago.We have fallen in love with the city as it has so much to offer.We enjoy being hosts, as it allows others to explore all the offerings from our great military city of San Antonio. We are committed to providing great stays for our guests by following the golden rule;
Treat others the way you want to be treated by doing the right thing always. Thank you for browsing our home; we hope to get the opportunity to be your hosts. Casa Linda is simply beautiful and relaxing.

*THE SPACE:
Casa Linda will feel like a home away from home with so many amenities that make your stay enjoyable!
Our home has 5 cozy bedrooms and 2 sofa beds as follows:
-1 king bed in master bedroom - downstairs
-1 queen bed in downstairs room
-3 rooms upstairs with 1 queen bed in each.
- 1 queen sofa bed in upstairs living room
- 1 queen sofa bed in downstairs living room.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with a Keurig (with pods) , traditional coffee maker (with coffee and filters), instant coffee, sugar and creamer. We provide all the tools you need to cook a yummy family meal to enjoy!

We have our bathrooms stocked with hand soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

* A complementary starter set for guests include limited amount of trash bags for both large kitchen trash can and restroom bins, dish/dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tide pods, Keurig coffee/cream and sugar. * This is a courtesy from us to you in hopes of making your stay more enjoyable.

*GUEST ACCESS:
Enjoy Casa Linda all to yourselves! Our fenced in backyard has outdoor seating, games, and a grill for your use!

*Our garage is off limits.

* For BMT families- we are located inside 1604 so your graduate can definitely visit Casa Linda and spend some quality time with you.

**The Mesa Creek Homeowners Association's POOL will open for the 2023 season. HOA Neighborhood Pool/ Park - You must abide by park rules. *pool schedule and closures subject to change*

Dates of Operation
March 10 - March 20 (Open Spring Break, daily)
March 25 - April 9 (Saturday and Sunday Only)
April 15 - October 15 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim)

Hours of Operation, weather permitting*:
Wednesday - Monday: 8:00 a.m., to 9:00 p.m.,

Tuesday - Closed for cleaning


*The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightning within the vicinity.

If a national holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be closed for cleaning the following Tuesday. Your pool access device will not grant access outside of the above-outlined times, unless otherwise notified by a member of the Board of Directors.

Please read the Pool Information Sheet and Pool Rules enclosed and posted on the Association's website for more information about the pool facilities. This information can be found under the Amenity tab on the website.

**NEIGHBORHOOD

Neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and has sidewalks throughout its entirety for your early or evening walks. Neighborhood also has 24/7 security and will frequently see security driving around. In addition to this it has a huge gated community park and pool that you will have access to.
