Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Four cars maximum are allowed to park in the garage (2) and in the driveway (2). No parking is allowed on the streets. No boats, trailers, or RVs are allowed.

*Shuttle hours and stops vary seasonally. Shuttle operation is at the discretion of the HOA. We cannot guarantee shuttle service or working hours. ^^All amenities are managed by the HOA. We cannot guarantee services, operations, or working hours.
*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
*There is no parking on the grass on the street. The HOA will tow any vehicle(s) in violation of these policies and the expense will be incurred by the guest.
* Your safety matters. The outside of the property contains cameras to monitor the home for fires, theft, and storms when the home is not occupied. These do not look into any interior spaces.
*Due to the location near the water and in the Perdido Keys Mouse Habitat, guests may encounter native wildlife, including snakes of all species.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1 year old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $50.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $100./dog for 5+ nights.
- A $250.00 security deposit will be applied after your reservation is confirmed and refunded after checkout and the home has been inspected for damage/extra cleaning etc.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- A small dog bed is provided or guest may bring their own dog bedding/crate. Guest must bring towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Villa towels are NOT to be used for pets.
- Dogs are NOT allowed on the 3rd floor or on furniture or beds. There will be a gate placed at the bottom of the stairs to ensure pets don’t travel to the 3rd floor. If there is evidence of your pet entering the 3rd floor, the security deposit will not be refunded.
- Do NOT leave your dog at the Villa unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lost Key property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that other Villa guests complain about dogs barking.
- Food and water bowls are supplied, along with doggy treats!
