Great for families!

We enjoyed our week long stay, the house is a great space for families with young children and pets. It is conveniently located near a park, library and HEB.

Fabulous home!

We stayed here for our daughter’s high school graduation weekend so we could enjoy time with our MS family! It was everything we needed and our stay was great! Will definitely stay here again when needed.

Great Place to Stay!

Trent was an excellent host! The home was clean, well kept, and a very comfortable place to relax after long days. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again when in Beaumont.

Family visit

We stayed here while visiting family in Texas and had such a wonderful stay. The house is close to the park and our family enjoyed the back yard area with the pool! The host was very responsive and we will absolutely stay here for future stays when visiting family!

Family Reunion

We came to Beaumont for my husband's family reunion. Trent Hayurst was a great host. The house had everything we needed. It was very close to where we needed to go. If we ever need to stay in Beaumont again we will definitely picked his house.

The owner notified me ahead of time about an issue and it was fine wasn’t going to cause conflict for our stay it was a great place would def stay again best part is there was no 12 page binder of rules that blindsided you like in other vrbo I have stayed in we enjoyed every min of our stay .

Great home in a great neighborhood.

The house was incredible. It was perfectly located near a park and the mall and our baseball camp. We had easy 5 minute access to everything. The pool was great even though we could Kong swim 1 day. I highly recommend this house.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Beaumont. Open living room & kitchen was perfect for entertaining while cooking. Outside area was spacious and my dog loved running circles in the yard. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Convenient to all

Having never been to Beaumont, I wasn’t sure what area to select. Brought 2 small dogs w us as well and that can be limiting. This house was in a perfect location and had every thing needed fir a very enjoyable vacation. It’s within minutes of restaurants, coffee and shopping. Neighborhood is very nice. Owners very responsive to questions. Couldn’t have picked a better place.

Great family friendly place!

We came to Beaumont to be present for the arrival of my first grand baby! This was the perfect hangout spot. We did bring our dogs and I think they had just as much fun as we did! This place was perfect: fully stocked kitchen, comfy sectional sofa, well set up bedrooms. The outside was amazing with a beautiful pool, fenced in play area to keep little ones safe and the dogs out of the pool. The grill had gas and was ready for us to use. Although the host was very attentive, they were not really needed, because everything was so well thought out. I can definitely see coming back here to stay and visit my 1st grand baby! This place felt like home!

Family Reunion

This was such a great stay for our little week reunion. Checking in instructions was on point. The entire home was very clean and neat as well as the pool. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the house so we really didn’t spend much on anything except for groceries. One of the things I love about the place is the security cameras both front and back of the house. Great location, very quiet and super close to restaurants, shopping center, etc. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this gem to anyone. You will not regret it. Oh and we requested a late check out last minute and the host was able to work with us. We enjoyed our stay for the entire week.

Nice house and backyard

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The large open living room, kitchen and dining area worked very well. The kitchen is setup very nicely, stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and pans you could need. The laundry was convenient to have there. Having an attached garage was also very nice. The backyard is fenced in which gave our dog a great place to get outside and run. We were there when it was cold so we did not try the pool. It looks very good. Owner was very responsive to requests we had. If we get back to Beaumont we will look to see if this is available again. Very convenient location for us to visit other family in the area.

Great option in Beaumont

I refuse to stay in any Beaumont hotels due to safety and cleanliness concerns. This was definitely the best option on VRBO when I checked our travel dates. The exterior is pretty standard, but the inside has been updated. It had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. I thought providing toothbrushes and toothpaste in addition to the soap, haircare and lotion, was a thoughtful touch. The location is great, sitting in the heart of the west end, so it's convenient to most everything. I appreciated the fact that we could put our vehicle in the garage. I'd definitely book this home again for any future trips to the area. Only negatives were not the owner's fault - man out mowing his lawn early on Easter morning, and another neighbor playing loud music that we had to hear for a while the day we arrived.
