Renovated in 2024, 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Kitchen, dining room, living area. Sit out on the patio. New vinyl planks floor, Ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room, walk-in shower in master bath. Appliances & toilets new in 2022. Condo is below parking lot level with 3 steps up and 17 steps down. But you can walk around on the grass and not have to take the steps down. Located near Hwy 76 strip.

We loved everything about the condo! Location, cleanliness! It was perfect for our family of four. Our one and only complaint is there was only one extra roll of TP and with three girls it didn’t go far! But that’s it!

We had an enjoyable stay in this clean, lovely condo. The King sized beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need - even nice mugs for our coffee in the morning! Be aware that the stairs going down to the unit can be an issue if a person has mobility problems. The hot tub was lukewarm and did not look clean but that was the only issue we encountered. Overall it was a wonderful place to spend the week!

Great rental, the only difficulty we had was finding it when we arrived. Since we were on the lowest floor and arrived during the night, having no lights turned on at the door to see the numbers was a little challenging, had to step off the car and look for the rental #.

This condo looked so inviting on the VRBO website and the cost was very reasonable, so I booked it. Lo and behold, it was the same condo that we rented two or three years ago. It is very nicely decorated, clean, and close to the strip and the shopping center. It was very easy to reserve and access. We plan to be returning and I took a card this time so we will be sure to reserve this particular condo again.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The condo was very clean. Communication was smooth. Gary answered any questions promptly. The beds were very comfortable! The sheets were soft. Needless to say we all slept very well. It was very hot outside yet the a/c kept the condo perfectly cooled. There was no skimping on paper products either. Haha The toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels were all of good quality. Those things are important in my book. It’s the small things. Speaking of small things….bring your own cubes for your charging cords. There were no USB ports. But there were plenty of easily accessible outlets. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and we’d gladly stay here again.

First trip to Branson, absolutely loved the condo. Condo was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Plenty of cookware for you to use during your stay and a great little covered patio. We will 100% book this place again on our next trip to Branson!

We are the Sanders, Gary. We are both retired and decided to buy a condo in Branson after visiting there. We have renovated it and love how it came out. We have 3 sons and they married to 3 precious girls. We feel Blessed. We have 8 grandchildren, 3 girls and 5 boys. God has been good to us. We love visiting Branson because the people there are so nice. Plus, there is so much to do in Branson.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The reason we picked the foothills was because of the amenities. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room and a sauna. The condo has two large bedrooms with their own bathroom. I love the open concept and the space. Kitchen is large with a nice size bar. And if you love being outside it has a wonderful front porch or patio.
