Sitting high atop the hill with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller, this spacious estate features a large main house, separate pool house and climate-controlled treehouse! Over 5300 sq ft of living space! It’sperfectly suited for extended family getaways. Relax by the private pool, have s'mores by the fire pit or sip your favorite beverage in the screened-in porch overlooking beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Enjoy making memories with 18 of your favorite people! The main house boasts very large common areas along with a custom dining room table that seats 16! The spacious kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and all the appliances needed for those home cooked meals. The property is located within a mile of a full-service marina, beach and restaurant/bar! However, there is so much to do on the property, you won't want to leave!

Beautiful well appointed place! Tastefully decorated and clean. The host has thought of even the smallest details. 2 coffee pots, plenty of room to have meals and play games. Our grandkids were saying “can we come back next year?”

Perfect property for our family vacation! We have been going to Tenkiller Lake for 20 years and could not have been happier with Melissa's home. Communication was amazing, the house was in perfect condition and obviously well taken care of, great parking, super close to a marina and the pool was the cherry on top! The kids and adults alike had the best possible time. thanks again!

Lake Tenkiller House w/ Pool

This house is amazing with three separate living quarters and the pool is absolutely perfect! Our stay included 20 people and the house accommodated everyone so well! The dining room table allows for everyone to gather and just have a great time! There’s plenty of parking and room for all types of activities. If there is anything negative to say, it would be that the upstairs in the main house gets a little warm and the path to the treehouse is a little sketchy BUT our stay happened to be when it was very humid and rainy, so don’t let that over shadow how great our stay was! The host, Melissa, was fantastic! I can’t say enough about this property. If you need a place big enough to accommodate everyone in your group, don’t hesitate…BOOK IT!

Our Yearly Family Summer Vacation

We loved all the little things! Spice racks, containers for food, firewood and ice provided. The view of the lake is spectacular. We loved our pool days and nights with the singing bullfrogs. The game room was a big hit. Many hours were spent in the front 'porch' on the porch swing, The fire pit was a great place to hang out.The family group rated the property #1 in all our past vacation... Melissa was great with all responses. Thank you for sharing with our family.

10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. The upstairs A/C stopped working and I messaged the owners and had a A/C repair man there immediately. It was fixed and we never missed a beat. The house had everything you need. We loved it so much we have already booked next year! Thank you!

Opa's 92nd Birthday Celebration and Family Retreat

GREAT place!! WONDERFUL host!! So well stocked!! And what an incredible view of the lake!! Couldn't have been happier!! Many thanks to Melissa for providing an early check-in and check-out! I highly recommend this property for a retreat with family or friends! Plenty of space in the great room, dining room and patio for fun gatherings. The only thing disappointing was no hot tub. It would be a GREAT addition to this fantastic property as it was too cool to enjoy the pool.

Amazing place

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Owners answered questions quickly and equipped the house with ample equipment to minimize what we needed to bring for our family Thanksgiving.

Fabulous home!

Everyone kept saying “this is the best Tenkiller trip we’ve ever done”, and I know it was in large part due to our fabulous accommodations. Melissa is a wonderful host. The home couldn’t be more perfect. Everyone had a marvelous vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This place is a gem. All 14 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful. We cooked most of our meals for the week and it is very well-stocked. The pool of course is a winner. Our kids loved it and spent many happy moments there, and using the firepit for s'mores. Melissa is a fantastic host who really cares about the guests. We'll be back!

Family Christmas in July

This is the time of your the 4 sisters and their families get together for Christmas. Much harder at the actual date of Christmas. Like my Granda Ruth used to say, I don’t care about the date as long as we can all be together. My mother said this as well. When we found this place we knew for sure this would be our go to place. There aren’t enough adj to truly give it it’s just due. Wonderful, amazing, superb, kitchen is hands down BEST ONE EVER. My husband and I rent VRBO several times a year. Definitely the hostess with the mostest. Responds in such a timely manner, most of the time within minutes. The owners pay such great attention to detail. The freezer with ice is above and beyond. This just doesn’t do it justice. But I say it is a blessed home, that can be seen in the furnishings and decor. Already booked for next year. Thank you Melissa.

A perfect summer getaway

I do not have enough great things to say about Melissa’s place, it was an absolutely perfect space for our annual family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 toddlers and still had MORE than enough room/beds to spare. The house was super clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. (All of the adults on the trip agreed this was the nicest VRBO we’d ever been in) It is so obvious that this property is first and foremost a family home designed with great intentionality, care, and love. We enjoyed mornings in the shade on the deck and spent our days in the amazing pool. We loved our stay and are already talking about making a return trip next summer. Thank you, Melissa!

Terrific choice!!!

My family of 13 stayed just last week. The house and grounds were very clean and well kept up. We were there for a week and left the house only to get groceries. The pool was awesome!!!! The game room with pool table and shuffle board a fave. Melissa was terrific. The house was stocked with ALL the necessities. I wish I could give our stay a higher recommendation than 10.

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

This property hosts large family groups with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller. There's a main house, pool house and incredible treehouse for living, sleeping and fun. The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
