The open floor plan features an extra large kitchen, dining, and living area flowing throughout the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, smart flat-screen TVs (no cable), and a sundeck on the oceanside second floor. Two refrigerators and a Flex brew coffee maker make family entertaining easy! Want to invite your "Framily" and need space for 16? You can rent both sides of Ocean Harmony and Ocean Melody and enjoy both together and private time with interconnecting doors on both floors. Let the good times roll!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
