The first level of this home is a small foyer area, the perfect place to store all of your beach chairs, umbrellas, and flip flops!
2nd Level of the Home:
The central living space features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room and den, designed for both relaxation and style. The dining area offers the perfect setting to enjoy meals while taking in stunning views of the marina. Bedroom 3, located on this level, is furnished with a queen bed and provides easy access to a full bathroom. A spacious balcony off the living room offers a peaceful retreat to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails, with scenic views of the community, marina, and beautiful sunsets.
3rd Level of the Home:
On the third level, the master suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking views of the marina. Down the hall, you'll find a second bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level as well.
Yacht Club Rules
âąâąâą Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
âąâąâą Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
âąâąâą This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
âąâąâą Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
