Month long family beach vacation

This home is nestled in the pines, less than a mile from the beach. The space easily accommodates two couples or one larger family with its separate loft and two bedrooms. Enjoy the fresh air from the deck and watch the sunset over the ocean. Neighborhood beach access is a short walk away, as well as miles of nature trails. Minimum stay of 30 nights. The home features a wrap-around deck with an ocean view. Walk inside into a spacious and well-stocked eat-in kitchen with ample seating. Off the kitchen is a large and comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and an ocean view. The entire house has been recently renovated with hardwood floors and new carpet. New cozy furnishings and mattresses will make it hard to leave.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king-size bed, built-in cabinets, blackout shades, and an attached bathroom with a shower and double sinks. The half bath is just outside the bedroom, so it is accessible to everyone in your group without disruption.

Upstairs is the loft with a queen-size futon and Roku TV. Off of the loft is the second bedroom with a full-size bunk bed, more built in cabinets, and an attached second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The house has been setup to accommodate larger families. A pack n play (travel crib), high chair and baby-gate are available. Child safety measures have been taken with magnetic cabinet locks installed. Older children will enjoy the loft space while the adults can unwind in the living room or deck. Young children will find toys and books available in the living room.

Two off street parking spaces are available as well as free on street parking.

Please bring your own beach supplies. We have provided towels and bedding for the house. Please do not take towels from the house to the beach.

The detached guest house on the property is also available for rent. The patio space is the only area shared between the main house and the guest house. The entire house and deck are private.
