Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sunlight filters through wide glass doors as indoor spaces open easily to the screened pool area, setting a relaxed rhythm for days spent together. Mornings can start slowly with coffee at the kitchen island, while evenings wind down with games, movies, and quiet conversations after a full day in the Orlando Area. This is a home designed for shared time, with room for both connection and privacy.

The home
The entire home is yours to enjoy, offering five bedrooms arranged across two floors. Two bedrooms are set up as master suites, one on the first floor with direct access to the pool area and another upstairs. The remaining bedrooms include a themed room with twin beds, a room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A queen pull-out bed in the family room adds flexible sleeping space. Bathrooms include a mix of full and half baths, with features such as a bathtub and bidet.

Living spaces
The main living area brings everyone together with a large sectional, a 65-inch HDTV, and easy flow to the pool deck through sliding doors. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with a door provides a quiet spot for remote work or planning the next day’s outing.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a spacious island that doubles as a gathering point. A dining table nearby makes shared meals simple, whether it’s breakfast before heading out or dinner after a long day.

Pool, spa & outdoor space
Outside, the screened pool and spa create a private-feeling setting for swimming or unwinding at your own pace. The pool and spa are available year-round, with heating offered for an additional fee. The patio includes outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill. The backyard is open and not fully fenced.

Game room & family features
An air-conditioned game room adds another layer of entertainment, featuring a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and more. Families traveling with children will appreciate thoughtful touches like a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books and toys, and an indoor playroom.

Guests also have free resort access, including a shared gym, courts, and lake access. The home is pet-friendly, offers breakfast, and supports long-term stays. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, and self check-in is provided via smart lock. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home and face outside only.
