Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Mornings begin with coffee at the kitchen island, afternoons drift between the Spa and the game room, and evenings settle into movie nights on the sectional. Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The main master suite on the first floor features a king bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bath with soaking tub, rain shower, and bidet - plus direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors. Upstairs, a second master suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. A Mickey-themed twin room adds a playful touch, while a beach-themed bedroom includes two queen beds. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. A crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, and standalone high chair are always at the listing, along with children’s books and toys.

Living spaces
The family room centers around a 65 inch HDTV with streaming services and cable, complemented by a queen pull-out bed with memory foam mattress. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door and Wifi make remote work easy. For fun indoors, the air-conditioned game room features a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. A children’s playroom and board games provide even more options for all ages.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for gathering, complete with a large island, refrigerator, dishwasher, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and dining table. Cooking basics and coffee are provided. A private BBQ grill - gas is available outdoors with barbecue utensils for easy meals at home.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and Spa are available all year and open 24 hours. Pool or Spa heating is available for an additional fee. The screened pool deck includes outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private patio or balcony overlooking a garden view. The private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also enjoy free resort access with a clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, lake access, and a shared gym nearby.
