Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Every room is set up for a restful stay - room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and generous clothing storage including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers mean no one is roughing it.

Entertainment & recreation
When it's time to compete, the game room delivers: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console give everyone something to do. A dedicated theme room adds an extra layer of fun to the home. Wind down with a movie night on the 65-inch HDTV, loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is available for guests who want to stay active indoors, and a shared gym is accessible nearby.

Family-friendly features
Families with little ones will feel right at home. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all on hand. A dedicated indoor children's playroom - stocked with toys, books, and games - keeps younger guests entertained, while an outdoor playground gives them room to run outside. Babysitter recommendations are available if you need a night to yourselves.

A dining table brings the group together for shared meals. Breakfast is provided to start each morning, and coffee is always available.

The backyard is one of the home's strongest draws. A private outdoor pool and private spa are both open all year, 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make the space ideal for long afternoons and easy evenings outside. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also enjoy lake access via a path or dock, and free access to nearby resort facilities.

Practical comforts
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable no matter the time of year. A dedicated workspace with a door, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all essentials are included. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Parking, access & safety
Free driveway parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional free street parking nearby. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and the home has a private entrance. Safety features include exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The home is pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome.
