Woodsy cabin perfect for a couple or a group!

This updated two story 4 bedroom 2 bath A-frame is fully furnished with comfort in mind.
We thought of everything you will need to make your stay carefree. The two large bedrooms upstairs are furnished with king size beds and bunkbeds with a bathroom in the hall between. The upstairs bedroom in the front of the cabin has a deck overlooking the landscaped yard. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. There is also a bathroom in the hall between them. For extra sleeping space there is a hide-a-bed couch with a queen size mattress. For your little one we provide a pack & play. The dining room is furnished with a counter- high table and a built-in bar with five bar stools.
There is central heat and air but if you like to sit around a fire on those chilly nights there is a wood burning stove in the living room. Also a fire pit and charcoal grill outside to roast hot dogs or make S'mores. We have plenty of games on hand, a smart TV, DVD player and an assortment of movies..
Walking distance to Lake Catherine water access. This cabin is located in a gated resort community but, you are still secluded in nature.

Absolutely stellar stay. I have no complaints and the cabin is prime placement for vacationers who want to be away from the city. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice cabin, great location and setting

The cabin and community are great for families. Booking was easy, communication with owners was excellent. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great experience and we hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay there. We loved the location. The only reason we gave it a four-star instead of five was that there was soap and razors left for us to use, but they had already been used previously.

Wonderful home!

We had a family of 12 and the accommodates were perfect! They had the best stocked kitchen of any place that I have stayed! Great quiet neighborhood, owners were very accommodating with all our request! I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were simply amazed with the cabin! Definitely felt right at home and was well stocked!

We came to the cabin for a Ladies retreat and all the participants are giving rave reviews. The decor was absolutely beautiful and we were able to enjoy the outdoors scenery and we have beautiful pictures outside and inside. I highly recommend this cabin and we are already planning our next trip.

My Mother and I had a wonderful time at Springbrook Cabin with my 3 nephews and 2 nieces. We loved the cabin and all the amenities of Lake Catherine State Park. We had a wonderful spring break!!! :)

Great location!

We loved this cabin. It was close to outdoor activities, tourist attractions, and had a huge community pool that we used every day. There is plenty of room for multiple families. The owners were very responsive. Thanks for the s’mores. Had a great visit!

Perfect Cabin for a Family

We loved this cabin and all the space and amenities provided! This was our first family vacation since grandkids, so we spent lots of time there. We were able to cook and share most of our meals without the worry of going out. Plenty of room for the kiddos! Just worked perfectly for us! We loved it and will cherish many memories from Springbrook Cabin!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas! It is close enough to Hot Springs to go into town and eat or whatever. The cabin is in a beautiful setting! There was lots of room and it was decorated so cute for Christmas! We felt very much at home. Our little ones enjoyed the park (just wish it had been a little warmer for them)

Everything went very smoothly. Communication was great and the property was exactly what we needed for our stay. The property is a little older but it just makes it feel more like a home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

This was a very picturesque setting. The cabin was beautifully landscaped with a water feature and fall decorations. The cabin was comfortable with four bedrooms and a beautiful large wooden dinning room table. The area where the cabin is located is quiet (at least while we were there) with just a few cabins within view. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were easy to work with and talk to. They even offered to mail us a phone charger that was left behind. I highly recommend this cabin. You will enjoy it.

Great cabin! Great service!

Our group of 12 enjoyed 3 nights at the cabin. It’s sparkling clean and provided all we were looking for in a wilderness vacation. Location is perfect, very quiet and close to Lake Catherine. The fire pit was a hit. It’s nice to have free firewood and tiki fuel available. Children enjoyed s’mores so much and they were looking forward to it every night. We just wished the downstairs bed were more comfortable and did not make squeaky noise. Overall it’s a great cabin and we’ll definitely come back. Thanks for being a great host.

Nice Getaway from the City

We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and decided on Hot Springs. When I started looking for a place to stay which would accommodate our group of 10 adults and 5 kids, I immediately fell in love with the picture of outside of Springbrook Cabin. The cabin was perfect for our group. We absolutely loved it and the kids really enjoyed it. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is fully stocked with everything but food. We are already talking about going back and even thinking about having a family reunion at Diamondhead -- we will definitely be booking this cabin as our place for when that happens.

A Good Time Was Had By All

We had a great time at your property, it's large enough for the 12 of us. It rained the entire time we were there, so we played cards, dominoes and Taboo. It was a great place for us to come together as a family and enjoy our time together before my grandson and his family go to Japan. My daughter and I did most of the cooking and we were impressed you had everything we would have at our house. You guys supplied everything from coffee, sugar, shampoo, trash bags, etc. A good time was had by all. Thank You Mona Kelly

Quiet, Secluded, Great Layout but A Bit Dated

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to celebrate my 3y/o sons birthday. The cabin is in a very quiet secluded lake neighborhood on a beautiful wooded lot. We greatly enjoyed the firepit and appreciated the provided wood and charcoal. The cabin itself had an awesome Layout and is great for multiple large families. The only complaint I have is that the property could use some maintenance - the downstairs rooms were quite musty - the flooring and the siding in bathrooms had some extensive rot, and the kitchen (and its fixtures) were quite dated. The location of this cabin is perfect for those looking to be outside of the city and very close to lake Catherine state park. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive – responding to messages quickly and provided excellent recommendations. Check-out process was very easy.
