Beautiful, spacious accommodations that were exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed, including laundry facilities! The location was close enough to the Naval Academy to be convenient, yet far enough away to feel like a peaceful getaway. It was the perfect place for our midshipman to relax, take a much-needed break, and enjoy quality time with us on her first overnight liberty/leave to celebrate her birthday with us. Even on a rainy day, we had a wonderful time playing ping pong and enjoying a movie night with the large-screen TV and comfy theater-style lounge seats. We’re so grateful for such a lovely place to stay and would absolutely return and recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood that it’s in is very nice and safe. The location was nice as it was close to Annapolis and wasn’t a far drive to DC or Baltimore. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. Shopping in Annapolis was nearby.The apartment was very spacious, inviting, creative decor, stylish furniture, Wi-Fi internet, Our party was unaware of the interdependence between the apartment & host’s upstairs living arrangement. The neighborhood was impressive and near waterfront. Road Hazard Caution: street parking at night was hazardous due to poor lightening, narrow street. (Our 1 guest fell and sustained knee & elbow minor lacerations).As a VRBO Guest, I would appreciate a greeting & orientation from the Host upon arrival

Thank you, Joanne, for your compliments regarding our gardens, spacious apartment, and furnishings. I would like to clarify several points for future guests. Your reservation was for 3 adults, but you arrived with 6 adults and 3 vehicles, exceeding our maximum occupancy of 5 guests and parking limit of 2 vehicles. One vehicle blocked my garage, preventing me from getting out. After I specifically requested that the additional vehicle be parked on the street, it was instead parked on my front lawn. All property details, including the fact that this is a private lower-level apartment within our home, were disclosed in the listing. Our guest handbook, house rules, parking instructions, and self-check-in door code were also provided before arrival. Guests are expected to review this information prior to check-in. We provide convenient self-check-in and respect our guests’ privacy while remaining available when assistance is needed. A personal greeting is not required for check-in. We take great pride in our property and strive to provide an excellent experience for every guest. Clear communication and respect for established house rules are equally important.

5 stars — a wonderful stay for USNA Parents Weekend!Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even providing a detailed list of restaurants and attractions within driving distance. The rental itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out perfect for our visit to see our son during parents' weekend.We loved the little touches, like the coffee bar, and appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen and bathroom were with useful items. The grounds outside were beautiful, and the screened-in porch was the perfect spot to relax.We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

We had a safe relaxing comfortable and enjoyable stay. This listing is a beautiful home in an ideal location not far from Annapolis or Baltimore. We met Ewa and her mom briefly and enjoyed our talks with them.

The home was wonderful and just what we needed! Rooms stayed dark for sleep and beds were comfortable. It was nice to relax and watch TV together as a family, and play ping pong/ games as well! Great location!

PPW Weekend

We were in town for Plebe Parent Weekend and this was a perfect place to stay. 15 min drive to The Yard and plenty of space to spread out and allow our Plebe to relax. Would stay here again!

Fantastic spot for USNA family gathering

Really wonderful host. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. It worked wonderfully for our family gathering with our midshipman.

Lovely stay!

From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were treated as though we were family. The rental was so well appointed and clean as a whistle! Our host, Ewa made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again!

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The space is spacious, clean, comfortable, well- stocked and in a beautiful area. The host is the kindest and most accommodating! We plan to come back and stay here again.
