Big Spacious living room with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom and two outdoor terraces. One of the terraces is covered. Pool area is reachable over the main Patio and garden.

The Apartment Petit is located at the lower part of the Finca.
Here you can find a big and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a kitchen table, two chairs and a big cupboard. Kitchen area has all the necessary equipment.
Through the Bedroom you can reach the small terrace at the back. The terrace in the front area is covered. In the Bathroom you will find Towels available.

We offer a large community pool that is accessible to all guests.
Here you will find separate lounging and seating areas that provide plenty of relaxation.
The garden area of the finca is Mediterranean and traditionally landscaped with small details. Each unit has its own parking space.

The peculiarity of our Finca is that our accommodations are widely spread on the property.
So you can be undisturbed by others in your own area.
Furthermore we are Adults Only.

The accommodations are non smoking areas.
On the terrace and outdoor area it is of course permitted.

The FincaOase Can Negre offers not only a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north, but also of the monastery of Sant Salvador, located in Felanitx.
The village Son Macia is located about 1 km from the Finca. Here you can find a supermarket a pharmacy, a bakery, and also three restaurants.
We are an ideal starting point for all nature / hiking and sports enthusiasts. The direct forest edge location to the Finca Es Fangar offers joggers, hikers and walkers an ideal route. The nearby beaches such as Cala Murada, Portocolom, Cala sa Nau, Cala Romantik, Cala Varquez can be reached by car easily.
Only 6km away from our Finca you can find the towns of Manacor and Felanitx which offer many shopping and restaurant opportunities.
