Built in 1939, Cottage on Clover offers original hardware, arched walls, and historic imperfections that are tales of the past within a mile walk to downtown. Two main bedrooms offer comforts of linens for 1 King Bed/1 Queen, and the enclosed porch serves as an additional bedroom with a Twin Bed or living area during warmer climates. Guests can enjoy the yard with a homemade meal, or a vacation from cooking with local delivery. A 20-min drive from Alpine Valley, The Cottage is a retreat all year.

Guests have access to the entire house excluding 2 owner's closets and the bathroom in laundry area.

Entry to the home by keycode.
Other things to note:
Yard is semi-private, but not fenced in.
Guests have access to multiple streaming services to use with their services.
Cable is not offered.
The enclosed porch is not heated, but is comfortable during the days with the living room door open during warmer climates and some winter days. We do not recommend or offer the porch as a sleeping quarters/3rd bedroom during colder seasons.

The home is a bilevel and has about 4 or 5 stairs getting into the home and/or lower area (rec/laundry).

Pets are provided blankets on the couches. However, we ask that they do not lay on the beds. We ask that guests bring an enclosure while they leave their pets in the home.


We don't ask for much on checkout - you're on vacation!
1. Remove all opened food and take out trash and recycling.
2. Load and start dishwasher (detergent under sink).
3. Place used towels in the tub.
4. Clean up after pets inside and outside the cottage.
