Large Beautiful Home with Private Beach Access

Our beach access home is located in Nettles Island; a gated 5 star community resort on Hutchinson Island (Florida's Treasure Coast). This is a 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and would be perfect for even two families to gather. Nettles Island is surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway with direct, private access onto the Atlantic Ocean beach. Take your car or golf cart the 2 minutes to your own private access to the Atlantic Ocean beach. The water is clear and sand soft. There is an oversized heated pool overlooking the ocean along with bathrooms /wash stations and a snack bar.

The space
Our beach house is approximately 2600 sq feet and has an open concept living and dining area. The living room boasts a large slider opening up to the outdoors as well as a fireplace. The master bedroom has an attached bath and is located on the main floor. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the main floor as well as a full bathroom to rinse off. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs that share a full bathroom. The front upstairs bedroom opens up to a balcony overlooking the area. The garage is not for guest use.


Guest access
There are so many free amenities to enjoy at Nettles Island.There are (4) wrist tags located in the house for you to use at the sporting and recreational areas during your stay. These wrist tags are your pass' to access the pools, recreation facilities and sporting equipment. Children 12 and younger do not need a pass. If you need more then the 4 tags you may purchase them at the Nettles office for $25 a piece. (**$50 fee charged for each missing tag). Free Wifi and cable.

Other things to note:
- Pets are NOT permitted in the home or on the property. Smoking is also prohibited in and outside the property.

- Hutchinson Island has (3) causeways that lead to the mainland; Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach & Stuart. These three areas offer many entertainment, restaurants and shopping experiences.

- Nettles Island is gated community and maned 24 hours. When you arrive the gate will have your name and give you a pass for access during your stay.

There are 5 security cameras on the premises; 1 is in the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 in the garage, 1 is facing along side of the house, 1 is facing the garage and the other is located facing the porch slider door. The ring doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. All external cameras are disclosed in our descriptions and intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests entering the home and ensure occupancy limits are being followed. Turning off, adjusting or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules and guest will be asked to leave property immediately.
